Anna Paulina Luna Calls for Congress to Subpoena George Soros

In a bold move that’s lighting up social media and shaking up Capitol Hill, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) has called for Congress to subpoena radical billionaire George Soros.

In a post on X, Luna issued a blunt challenge:

“Honest question: Why has Congress never subpoenaed George Soros before?

“Why am I the first one to bring this up?

“This should have been done a long time ago.”

For decades, billionaire financier George Soros has poured billions of dollars into far-left organizations, radical criminal justice reform efforts, and activist groups that critics say are deliberately undermining traditional American values.

Through his Open Society Foundations, Soros has bankrolled movements advocating for open borders, soft-on-crime prosecutors, and ideologically extreme district attorneys who refuse to prosecute violent offenders, all under the guise of “progress.”

Despite this influence, Soros has remained untouched by congressional investigations, operating with what many see as complete immunity.

But with Republicans now holding all the cards, that may be changing.

House Oversight Committee Chair Jim Comer (R-KY) and Rep. Nick Langworthy (R-NY) have opened an investigation into Soros-linked media acquisitions.

The moves by Soros include an attempt to gain control of over 220 U.S. radio stations through a deal involving the Audacy network, which reaches 165 million Americans.

The acquisition led to concerns that Soros was using his vast fortune to tilt public opinion and manipulate elections under the radar.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is currently under scrutiny for potentially fast-tracking the approval process.

House committee members are now demanding internal communications and documents.

The FCC has agreed to cooperate, and a commission vote on the deal appears to be underway.

Still, critics argue this barely scratches the surface.

It leaves many asking why Soros, widely viewed by many conservatives as the puppet master behind the globalist agenda and radical policy shifts, has never faced direct congressional inquiry, especially when his organizations have been banned or expelled from countries like Russia, Hungary, Turkey, and Pakistan for destabilizing national institutions.

The silence, Luna and others argue, is deafening.

Even users on X are voicing outrage.

One independent researcher, who runs the popular X account MJTruthUltra, responded to Luna’s post with a scathing critique:

“FULL STOP… This is exactly what I don’t understand.

“If George Soros is such a threat to America, why can’t the US government strip him of citizenship, exile him, or at the very least… banish his organizations from the US?”

The post continued, questioning why Congress hasn’t used tools already at its disposal, such as the Global Magnitsky Act or Executive Order 13818, which empower the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to freeze assets and impose sanctions on individuals who threaten national security or engage in corruption and human rights abuse.

“We have the Presidency, House, and the Senate,” the post added.

“Yet, we can’t figure it out?”

While countries like Soros’ native Hungary have taken bold steps to block his influence, the United States, many argue, has done nothing but roll out the red carpet.

And now, with his son Alexander Soros stepping in to helm the family’s operations and meeting regularly with Biden administration officials, the stakes are only getting higher.
