Armed Leftist Threatening to Kill Brett Kavanaugh Arrested Near Supreme Court Justice’s Home

An armed leftist, who was threatening to kill Brett Kavanaugh over Roe v. Wade, has been arrested near the home of the Supreme Court justice, according to police.

Authorities said the man was arrested outside Kavanaugh’s house at 1:45 am on Wednesday morning.

The man had a gun and told arresting authorities he was there to kill the President Donald Trump-appointed conservative justice.

New York Post contributor Karo Markowicz Broke the news of the arrest.

She said on social media:

“Breaking: A man was arrested outside of Brett Kavanaugh’s residence around 1:45 am last night.

“The man had a gun and said he was there to kill Kavanaugh.

“He was taken into custody without incident.

“I can confirm the man taken into custody outside of Brett Kavanaugh’s house last night is a 26-year-old white male with a California driver’s license.

“Previous address in Seattle.”

The Supreme Court issued a statement that said:

“At approximately 1:50 a.m. today, a man was arrested near Justice Kavanaugh’s residence.

“The man was armed and made threats against Justice Kavanaugh.

“He was transported to Montgomery County Police 2nd District.”

A man armed with a handgun, knife, and pepper spray was arrested early Wednesday morning near the Maryland home of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, law-enforcement authorities said.

The man told police he was there to kill Kavanaugh, who lives in Chevy Chase, a suburb just outside of Washington, D.C. according to authorities.

The man is not from Maryland.

He arrived near Kavanaugh’s home in a taxi. Authorities said he was stopped near the residence, but not at it.
