Biden Gives Slurring Speech: ‘We’re the United States of Amerigotit – That’s Who We Are!’

Former President Joe Biden sparked renewed questions about his cognitive health after delivering a noticeable gaffe during remarks at the International LGBTQ+ Leaders Conference in Washington, D.C., on Friday.

Throughout his speech, Biden slurred his words while ranting about “scary” President Donald Trump and his “sinister” supporters.

While urging activists and elected officials to “continue the fight,” Biden stumbled over his closing line and declared:

“We’re the United States of Amerigotit!

The moment quickly circulated on social media, raising fresh concerns about Biden’s mental state.

The incident adds to a long list of verbal missteps that have frequently drawn public scrutiny.

Biden Calls on Audience to “Fight Back” Against Trump Policies

He urged the audience to “fight back” against Trump and repeatedly invoked the Constitution.

Biden said:

“All of us are dismayed by the present state of the union…

“This is no time to give up.

“It’s time to get up. Get up and fight back. Get up.

“Continue to fight… it’s about protecting the Constitution.”

He accused Trump supporters of attempting to undermine efforts to advance LGBTQ+ rights:

“Donald Trump and the MAGA republicans are trying to distort and derail our fight for equality…

“They’re trying to turn it into something scary, something sinister.”

Biden said the broader debate is, at its core, about ensuring “basic decency, dignity, and respect.”
