President Donald Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has just saved American taxpayers a few more billion dollars after cutting several huge contracts funding “climate change activities” in foreign countries.
DOGE, which is led by senior advisor Elon Musk, continues to rip through the bloated federal budget.
In the latest round of waste-cutting, DOGE has eliminated more than 100 taxpayer-funded contracts that sent American tax dollars to foreign nations to pay for “woke” pet projects.
DOGE announced that it has axed 113 contracts totaling $4.7 billion in potential spending.
According to a report from Fox News, the move immediately freed up $3.3 billion in actual savings.
The cuts include a $145,000 U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) contract that funded mysterious “climate change activities” in Peru.
While it’s unclear what the “activities” were, it appears that U.S. tax dollars were being funneled to Peru to “fight climate change” instead of fixing roads or securing our border.
That’s just the start, however.
DOGE also uncovered and terminated multiple “America Last” Labor Department grants.
The grants were pumping hundreds of millions in taxpayer cash to globalist schemes.
Among the more radical contacts cut by DOGE were:
• $10 million for “gender equity” in Mexico’s workplaces
• $12.2 million for “worker empowerment” in South America
• $6.25 million to promote workers’ rights in the agricultural industries of Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador
• $5 million to get more women into jobs in West Africa
• $4.3 million to help foreign migrant workers in Malaysia
• $3 million for internal migrant worker protections in Bangladesh
• $3 million to build “safe and inclusive” work environments in Lesotho

The massive foreign spending was happening at a time when American families were struggling to make ends meet.
Meanwhile, bureaucrats under past administrations were gleefully shipping billions in tax dollars across the globe to promote social agendas in places like Lesotho.
DOGE is a White House task force created through Trump’s executive order earlier this year.

The department was given 18 months to cut the fat.
So far, DOGE has exposed billions of dollars in inefficiency, waste, and fraudulent abuse.
DOGE proudly reports it has so far saved taxpayers a staggering $130 billion—amounting to $807.45 per American.
And they’re just getting warmed up.
