Newly released Epstein files are now raising serious questions for House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY).
The documents revealed that Jeffries’ representatives sought donations from convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
The emails show that Jeffries’ reps encouraged the child sex offender to attend a private fundraising dinner with then-President Barack Obama.
Thousands of pages of Epstein’s estate documents were released last week by the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
Included among them is a 2013 email from a New York City firm, Dynamic SRG, which worked for Jeffries.
In the emails, Epstein was urged to meet with the newly elected congressman and support Democrat fundraising efforts.
House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-KY) unveiled the email on the House floor while advocating for passage of the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
The bill cleared the chamber in a 427-1 vote on Tuesday, forcing the release of the Epstein files.

Dynamic SRG’s Lisa Rossi described Jeffries, who had been in office only a few months at the time, as “Brooklyn’s Obama.”
She then informed Epstein that “Hakeem is committed to electing a Democrat majority in 2014 and is encouraging his friends to participate in the DCCC/DSCC fundraising dinner with President Obama this coming Monday night.”
Rossi added that Epstein should reach out if he wanted to “get involved” with the dinner or have an “opportunity to get to know Hakeem better.”
“This is in the documents,” Comer told lawmakers.
“… Another email shows fundraisers invited Epstein to an event or to meet privately with Hakeem Jeffries as part of their 2013 effort to win a majority.
“So Hakeem Jeffries’ campaign solicited money from Jeffrey Epstein.
“That’s what we found in the last document batch.”
At the time the request was made, Epstein had already served his 13-month sentence for procuring a minor for prostitution, meaning top Democrats were still inviting him into their fundraising orbit years after his child sex abuse conviction.
Comer also emphasized that former President Bill Clinton must comply with his subpoena.
Speaking on the floor, Comer warned:
“The Oversight Committee subpoenaed him… the Democrats have done nothing to help secure his appearance.”
He added, “The Oversight Committee will continue to work to get the truth to the American people and to get justice for the victims.
“That’s our goal of this investigation.”
Donald Trump Jr. blasted Democrats on X, pointing out the double standard that Epstein’s involvement with high-profile Democrats continues to receive muted scrutiny.
“So a convicted sex offender who trafficked kids gets invited to a private dinner with Obama and a meeting with Jeffries five years after being released, but it’s somehow still all about Trump?” he wrote.
“The Epstein saga is a hoax re Trump, but not the Democrats who he funded & enabled him!”

Jeffries is also facing new backlash over his silence regarding Virgin Islands Del. Stacey Plaskett (D-VI).
As Slay News reported, the latest Epstein records revealed she exchanged real-time texts with Epstein during a 2019 congressional hearing.
The messages showed Epstein watching her performance live, texting that she looked “great” and even giving her strategic advice while she questioned Trump critic Michael Cohen.
When she finished, Epstein wrote: “Good work.”
Plaskett received thousands in campaign donations from Epstein in 2016 and 2018.
Epstein owned the notorious Little Saint James, also known as “Pedophile Island,” in the U.S. Virgin Islands from 1998 until his death.
On Tuesday, the House Freedom Caucus introduced a resolution to remove Plaskett from the Intelligence Committee over being “actively coached” by Epstein.
With each new document release, the pattern grows clearer.
While Democrats loudly insist the Epstein scandal is tied to President Trump, the paper trail keeps leading straight back to their own donors, allies, and operatives.
