European Court of Justice: Doctors Must Be Held Criminally Liable for Deaths & Injuries Caused by Covid ‘Vaccines’

In a bombshell decision, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) has ruled that doctors must be held criminally liable for the deaths and injuries caused by the Covid “vaccines” they administered or recommended.

According to a ruling by the ECJ, all healthcare professionals who urged or vaccinated patients are civilly and criminally liable.

The decision was made in a case before the ECJ led by Professor Giovanni Frajese of the Foro Italico University of Rome in Italy.

In October 2022, the European Commission granted definitive marketing authorizations (MAs) for the Covid vaccines Spikevax (Moderna) and Comirnaty (Pfizer/BioNTech), transitioning from the conditional approvals issued during the pandemic’s peak.

Dr. Frajese contested these decisions, arguing that the widespread availability of these vaccines imposed an obligation on physicians to assess their safety and efficacy, thereby exposing them to potential liability for adverse patient outcomes.

He sought annulment of the MAs, claiming they infringed upon his professional rights and legal standing.

The General Court of the EU dismissed his appeal in July 2023, citing a lack of direct concern and standing.

Subsequently, Dr. Frajese appealed to the ECJ, raising issues related to judicial independence, procedural errors, inadequate reasoning, and the right to adequate judicial protection.

The ECJ examined these claims and upheld the General Court’s decision.

According to the court, a medical prescription was required to administer the Covid “vaccines.”

However, doctors could have chosen whether or not to administer the injections or even advised against them.

The court determined that, due to the options available to doctors, the potential civil and criminal liability of healthcare professionals is attributable to the specific case.

In addition, the reasons given by the court could also call into question the disciplinary and criminal proceedings brought against doctors who opposed vaccinations.

The ECJ ruled that doctors must take responsibility for the vaccinations they administer “without ifs or buts.”

Health professionals must also warn patients of the risk of death and other serious adverse events caused by Covid “vaccines.”

In response to the ruling, Frajese’s lawyer, Olga Milanese, said:

“The Court had to confirm, even in a brief parenthesis, that the Commission’s decisions to authorize marketing do not entail any obligation on doctors to prescribe and administer the said vaccines to their patients.”

He reaffirmed the fundamental principle of the right to freedom of treatment and to choose the most appropriate, safest, and most effective treatment by the doctor.

Those treatments must be advised in good faith in each specific case and in the exclusive interest of the patient’s health.

This ruling is considered groundbreaking, as it definitively dismantles the charges that have been brought, both in court and in disciplinary proceedings, against all doctors who have advised their patients against Covid vaccination or refused to promote it.

The ECJ’s decision will help to restore doctors’ full freedom of care.

In addition, it confirms the specific liability of vaccinating physicians who have administered the drug inversely, without adequately assessing the appropriateness, risks, and safety in the specific case of the patient treated.

More generally, the ECJ stated:

“While the grant of a marketing authorization for a vaccine constitutes a precondition for the right of its holder to place that vaccine on the market in each Member State, that marketing authorization does not in principle entail any obligation on the part of patients or vaccinating doctors.”

The court further confirmed:

“It is clear from the annexes to the contested decisions that a medical prescription is necessary for the administration of the vaccines in question.”

This ruling has significant implications for medical practitioners administering Covid vaccines.

It particularly highlights the necessity of medical prescriptions and doctors’ autonomy in their professional practice.
