FBI Agent Caught Admitting ‘Zero Arrests’ Will Be Made Over Minnesota’s Somali Daycare Fraud

A bombshell undercover recording has exposed what critics are calling a deliberate federal cover-up of massive Somali daycare fraud in Minnesota, with an FBI agent admitting that no one will ever be arrested despite billions in taxpayer dollars being looted.

On Tuesday, the O’Keefe Media Group (OMG) released undercover footage showing FBI agent Justin Devine telling a covert reporter that investigations into Somali-run daycare fraud schemes in Minnesota will quietly die without charges.

“I don’t think anybody [daycare fraud criminals] would ever go to prison,” Devine said, referring directly to investigative reporting by independent journalist Nick Shirley, whose work has exposed widespread fraud across Minneapolis.

Devine openly admitted the cases would be stonewalled until political winds change.

“By the time that case is done, even being looked at, and ready to go to court, Trump won’t even be in office anymore,” Devine gloated.

In the same recording, Devine dismissed FBI Director Kash Patel, calling him a “diva,” a remark that reportedly triggered swift consequences.

Shortly after the video went public, Devine was escorted out of the FBI building, according to reports.

Billions Stolen, No Accountability

The FBI has been investigating allegations of countless Somali-led fraud schemes tied to Minnesota welfare and daycare programs, scams that have siphoned billions of taxpayer dollars while vulnerable Americans struggle to make ends meet.

Despite years of evidence, whistleblowers, and on-the-ground reporting, the undercover admission suggests the federal government has no intention of enforcing the law.

In December, a Somali woman working at a daycare facility with no children inside angrily slammed the door on journalist Nick Shirley when questioned.

One Minnesota childcare center claimed it was caring for 102 children, despite being completely empty during daytime hours.

“We’re just wondering where the children are,” said David, an investigator who has spent years tracking the fraud.

“It says you have 102 children here, and you got $2.66 million this year in funding.

“And $2.5 million last year, he added.

“We’re just wondering where the kids are?”

Another Somali “learing center” couldn’t even spell the word “learning.”

Millions Uncovered in Days

Shirley’s reporting has repeatedly exposed staggering sums.

“We uncovered over $110,000,000 in ONE day,” Shirley said.

“Like it and share it around like wildfire!

“It’s time to hold these corrupt politicians and fraudsters accountable.”

In part two of his investigation, released last month, Shirley revealed another $16 million in fraud tied to Minnesota welfare programs.

“In this 51-minute video, David and I expose another $16 Million in fraud as Minnesota welfare programs continue to operate fraudulently and steal from law-abiding taxpayers,” Shirley said.

The pair later walked into a Somali “transportation company” receiving millions in state funds, only to discover it was actually a money-wiring operation.

“This is fraud!” Shirley said.

“This is supposed to be Safari Transportation.”

Political Fallout Mounts

The revelations have sparked outrage among taxpayers and renewed scrutiny of Minnesota’s political leadership.

Following Shirley’s reporting, Minnesota’s Democrat Governor Tim Walz announced he will not seek reelection, fueling speculation that the growing fraud scandal has become politically radioactive.

Unfortunately, the escalating scandal has been conveniently buried amid reports of anti-ICE unrest in Minnesota.

The undercover FBI admission now raises a far more troubling question: How many federal agencies are actively protecting fraud networks instead of prosecuting them?

For critics, the evidence is overwhelming, the crimes are documented, and the refusal to act is intentional.

With an FBI agent now admitting it on camera, the cover-up is no longer speculation.

It’s on record.
