FBI Report: Ex-Prince Andrew Watched Ghislaine Maxwell Torture Young Child

A buried FBI report released in the latest Epstein Files dump contains horrifying allegations that Ghislaine Maxwell tortured a young child while Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the disgraced former British prince, allegedly stood and watched.

The document, reportedly dated July 2020, was included in materials recently released by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).

The report details claims that a girl aged between six and eight years old was “tortured with electrical shocks” while Andrew observed.

Mountbatten-Windsor, brother of King Charles III, has long denied wrongdoing in connection with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

However, the newly surfaced FBI report alleges he was present during acts of severe abuse carried out by Maxwell in the mid-1990s.

The report also claims that other powerful associates within Epstein’s network witnessed the alleged torture.

Allegations Center on Frogmore Cottage

According to the material cited in the files, the alleged electric shock abuse took place at Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, Berkshire.

Frogmore is the royal residence that was used by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle before they fled the country to live in California.

The claims were documented in an FBI report referencing alleged sexual abuse involving Mountbatten-Windsor and Maxwell in Surrey during the mid-1990s.

The allegations were made by a woman who said she was abused as a child by Epstein and his associates in the 1990s in the UK and France.

In her haunting testimony to the FBI, the woman said: “I have been trafficked to Epstein.

“He and Andrew have dragged me through hell and back.

“They tore me and hurt the very soul of me.

“He [Epstein] became a controller and sexually abused me.

“He was friends with Andrew, who did the same thing.”

UK Police Respond to Allegations

British police have urged people with information to come forward about claims of human trafficking and sexual assault from the 1990s, which appeared in the Epstein files.

Surrey Police said the allegations, set out in the redacted FBI report released by the US DOJ, allegedly took place in Virginia Water between 1994 and 1996.

The victim states in the report that she was drugged at night and driven to “pedophile ring parties” on multiple occasions in the mid 1990s, when she was between 6 and 8 years old.

The same person also claims to have been hit by a dark blue car “driven by Prince Andrew” in which they allegedly suffered injuries to their ribs, hip, and leg.

In one incident described by the woman in the report, she asserts that Andrew watched as she was restrained on a table and subjected to electric shock torture administered by Maxwell.

Surrey Police confirmed they are aware of a redacted report referencing historic allegations of human trafficking and sexual assault involving a minor.

A Surrey Police spokesperson stated:

“We therefore encourage anyone with information in relation to these allegations to report this to us online, or via 101.

“We take all reports of child and sexual abuse seriously and, therefore, as with any other matter, should new and relevant information be brought to our attention, including any information resulting from the release of materials in the US, we will assess it.

“Where relevant, and via the national coordination group, we will engage with law enforcement agencies to obtain access to further information which may support our enquiries.

“It is important that any information is reviewed objectively and without speculation.”

Surrey Police clarified that their public appeal is part of a wider probe and it is not specifically related to the torture allegations detailed in the unsealed FBI report.

Mounting Pressure Amid Broader Fallout

The emergence of the report comes amid intensifying global fallout from the Epstein Files.

The massive document releases have triggered investigations, resignations, and renewed scrutiny of Epstein’s network.

Mountbatten-Windsor has previously denied any wrongdoing related to Epstein and Maxwell.

However, with each new document release, further allegations against the former prince continue to surface, increasing pressure for full transparency and accountability surrounding Epstein’s associates.

No charges have been announced in connection with the newly surfaced allegations.

Andrew was arrested on Thursday morning on separate corruption charges, which also emerged from allegations revealed in the Epstein Files.

Investigations remain ongoing.
