Secretary of War Pete Hegseth has issued a chilling warning to narcoterrorists planning to smuggle dangerous drugs to the United States on boats.
President Donald Trump’s administration has doubled down on a military campaign at sea to disrupt drug shipments bound for the United States.
On Thursday, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth announced another lethal strike on a vessel the Pentagon says was engaged in narcotics trafficking.
Hegseth posted a statement on X saying the strike was carried out “at the direction of President Trump” and that the vessel was “operated by a Designated Terrorist Organization.”
According to the post, the strike occurred in international waters.
“No U.S. forces were harmed in the strike, and three male narcoterrorists — who were aboard the vessel — were killed,” the Department of War chief confirmed.
Hegseth’s post included video footage purporting to show the moment the vessel was destroyed.
As we’ve said before, vessel strikes on narco-terrorists will continue until their the poisoning of the American people stops.

The secretary framed the strikes as part of a sustained campaign to stop illegal drugs entering the country.
“As we’ve said before, vessel strikes on narco-terrorists will continue until their the poisoning of the American people stops,” he wrote.
He added a direct warning:
“To all narcoterrorists who threaten our homeland: if you want to stay alive, stop trafficking drugs.
“If you keep trafficking deadly drugs—we will kill you.”
Administration officials have described the operations as targeted attacks on transnational criminal organizations that the White House contends now operate like terrorist groups.
President Trump has previously characterized the cartels in stark terms, saying they are “the ISIS of the Western Hemisphere.”
The Nov. 4 action is among a string of maritime strikes the U.S. military has reported since early September.
Defense officials say the operations are intended to disrupt precursor flows and intercept shipments before they reach North America; critics and some lawmakers have demanded greater transparency about the legal authorities and criteria governing the strikes.
The Pentagon did not immediately provide additional operational details beyond Hegseth’s post.
Congressional leaders and foreign governments have pressed for briefings on the campaign’s scope, rules of engagement, and targeting processes as the operations continue.
