Georgia’s Republican U.S. Senate nominee Herschel Walker has fired back at Joy Reid and challenged the MSNBC host to a debate after she insulted him.
Walker faces incumbent Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-GA) in a December 6 runoff.
During an appearance on Fox News last night, Walker accidentally said โerectionโ instead of โelection.โ

The error triggered Reid, who took to social media to say:
โThe ancestors are weeping.
“And why does he always need these handlers (who canโt even stop him from embarrassing himself.)
“Just humiliatingโฆโ

Walker fired back today saying: โIโd love to debate Joy Reid.
โYou know, Senator Warnock, heโs a slick, talking-smooth dressy guy, but in that debate, I took him to school because he found out a lot of things he didnโt know and I can do the same thing with Joy Reid any time of the day.
โI think people sit on TV and they talk.
โItโs easy to talk, but Iโve been a man that have worked my whole life.
โI built companies.
โIโve signed the front of a paycheck.
โTheyโve never done any of that.
โThey donโt know how to do it.ย I do.
โAnd I say any day of the week she wants to debate she can show up here and Iโll debate her as well on any subject.
โShe can come up with the subject, and letโs go at it.โ
