Judge Orders Release of Transgender Nashville School Shooter’s Manifesto

A judge has just ordered the release of the Nashville, Tennessee, school shooter’s manifesto.

The manifesto is contained in journals written by the radical transgender shooter.

These journals are currently in the hands of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Fox News reports.

Even though the tragic incident occurred a year ago – in March 2023 – the murderer’s journals have not been released.

Why the journals have not been released is unclear. Many have argued that it is because the content of the journals likely undermines the political left’s narrative.

To refresh your memory, the murderer is Audrey Elizabeth Hale, a 28-year-old female who claimed to be a “transgender male.”

The shooting took place at The Covenant School, a private Christian school that is located in the Green Hills neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee.

Hale, armed with two rifles and a pistol, gained entry to the school by shooting out the glass of the building’s entrance doors.

Hale then proceeded to carry out an attack on the people in the school.

In the process, Hale killed three adults and three children.

The victims were:

  • Mike Hill, 61
  • Cynthia Peak, 61
  • Katherine Koonce, 60
  • Hallie Scruggs, 9
  • Evelyn Dieckhaus, 9
  • William Kinney, 9

The shooting was brought to an end by responding police officers.

Police quickly located the shooter and shot Hale dead.

This was caught on police camera, and the footage has been released to the public.

The six deaths make this shooting the deadliest mass shooting in Tennessee history.

Breitbart News reports that Hale left behind numerous writings that could provide some insight into the motivations for the shooting.

The outlet reports:

Less than a month after the shooting, Breitbart News pointed out that Hale left behind a suicide note, 19 journals, and other items, and all of them have been kept from the public since the attack occurred. (The exception was a November 2023 leak of three pages, purportedly from the shooter’s writings. Seven Nashville police officers were put on “administrative leave” over the leak.)

The FBI has been keeping this information under lock and key.

But, now, U.S. District Court Judge Aleta Trauger has ordered the FBI to release the writings.

Trauger wrote:

The FBI is ORDERED to produce ex parte all documents that are potentially responsive to the defendants’ Freedom of Information Act request for in camera review, with the exception that, based on the plaintiffs’ concessions in this litigation, the FBI need not produce any documents that could not reasonably be construed to bear on Audrey Hale’s motives.

Now, it is up to the FBI to comply.

There are doubts about whether the agency will.

The weaponized FBI is usually quick to release such documents when it benefits the Left.

However, with Hale’s manifesto likely revealing leftist motivations, the federal agency is battling to keep it under wraps.
