Marjorie Taylor Greene Scorches Biden in Response to Bizarre Dig

Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) has fired back at Joe Biden after the Democrat president made a bizarre dig at the congresswoman in a post on Twitter.

As Slay News reported, Biden’s handlers tweeted a video of the president announcing he is vetoing the bipartisan congressional resolution to nullify the administration’s “woke” environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) rule.

Biden issued his first veto on Monday to defend his ESG rule that authorizes asset managers to prioritize funding political agendas.

The controversial ESG movement prioritizes far-left politics over getting the best financial returns for millions of Americans’ retirement investments.

Earlier this month, the Senate voted 50-46 to overturn Biden’s ESG bill.

Two Democrats voted with Republicans to block the bill so the senate doesn’t have the votes to override Biden’s veto.

However, in the post on Twitter about the veto, Biden also took a bizarre swipe at Greene:

“I just vetoed my first bill,” he said.

“This bill would risk your retirement savings by making it illegal to consider risk factors MAGA House Republicans don’t like.

“Your plan manager should be able to protect your hard-earned savings — whether Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene likes it or not.”

Obviously, Greene refused to let the dig slide and fired back at Biden.

“No one has put our retirement at risk more than you, Joe,” Greene said.
