Medical professionals are openly turning on President Donald Trump and his supporters, with some vowing to deny medical care based on politics, while others brazenly promote ideas that could physically harm federal agents.
The stunning radicalization is now spilling into public view, as healthcare workers use social media to declare ideological warfare against MAGA supporters and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Florida Anesthesiologist Vows to Withhold Care from Trump Supporters
A Florida anesthesiologist is now facing likely professional consequences after publicly declaring that he would refuse to treat supporters of President Trump.
On Sunday, Erik Martindale ignited a firestorm after posting on Facebook that he would not administer anesthesia to MAGA patients, effectively announcing he would abandon his medical duties based solely on political beliefs.
“I will not perform anesthesia for any surgeries or procedures for MAGA,” Martindale wrote in the now-deleted post.
“It is my right, it is my ethical oath, and I stand behind my education.”
“I own all of my businesses, and I can refuse anyone!” he added.

The post sparked immediate backlash, with critics pointing out that Martindale was openly advocating discrimination and violating the ethical foundations of medical practice.
Shortly after the uproar, Martindale deleted the post and claimed he had been “hacked,” without explaining why anyone would target him or what motive such an attack would serve.
Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier responded publicly, signaling potential action by regulators.
“Here we go again…Paging @FLNursingBoard!” Uthmeier wrote.

Medical Workers Promote Harm Against ICE Agents
Even more disturbing, other self-described medical professionals have gone further, openly encouraging tactics that could injure or incapacitate federal officers.
One healthcare worker from Virginia, identifying herself as Melinda, posted a video advising fellow “medical providers” to use syringes filled with saline or succinylcholine, a drug that causes muscle paralysis, to “deter” ICE agents.

Melinda posted another video where she promoted what she called “resistance tips,” suggesting activists spray ICE agents with water contaminated with poison ivy.
She also encouraged liberal women to target ICE officers on dating apps and secretly drug their drinks.
“Get them sick,” she said.
“Nobody’s gonna die.
“Just enough to incapacitate them and get them off the street for the next day.”
She later escalated further, suggesting people identify who is cooking food for ICE agents at hotels and pressure them to drug or poison the meals.
Doctor Accused of Doxxing ICE Hotel Location
The reckless behavior didn’t stop there.
Dr. Kristin Lyerly posted on X that ICE had booked “100 rooms at the Milwaukee Hilton,” information critics warned could expose federal agents to targeted attacks.
The post was later deleted.

Pattern of Escalating Rhetoric and Violence
These incidents echo a similar case last week involving Lexie Lawler, who worked at Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital.
Lawler was fired after posting a graphic message wishing severe physical harm on a public figure during childbirth.
“I hope you fking rip from bow to stern and never sh*t normally again, you ct,” she wrote.
A Dangerous Escalation
Together, these episodes expose a deeply troubling trend: medical professionals abandoning neutrality, ethics, and restraint, and in some cases openly promoting conduct that could result in serious injury or worse.
As anti-ICE riots intensify and federal agents face rising hostility, critics warn that this kind of rhetoric, coming from trusted professionals, risks pushing political extremism into outright violence.
What was once unthinkable is now being posted openly, as medical professionals promote the denial of medical care, encouragement of chemical attacks, and calls to incapacitate federal officers, all justified in the name of “resistance.”
And the consequences, many fear, are only beginning.
