In an explosive new development, Republican lawmakers in Minnesota have introduced legislation to ban mRNA “vaccines” due to mounting evidence that the injections are “weapons of mass destruction.”
The lawmakers argue that the “vaccines” are “mRNA bioweapons” and demand an immediate ban across the state.
Eight Republicans introduced House File 3219, dubbed the “mRNA Bioweapons Prohibition Act.”
The bill seeks to reclassify mRNA-based treatments, including Covid vaccines and gene therapies.
Under the legislation, mRNA injection would be, instead, classified as “weapons of mass destruction.”
This new classification would criminalize the manufacture, possession, or distribution of mRNA injections across the state.
It also mandates that government officials enforce the law or face penalties.
Residents, in turn, would be able to sue the state for non-enforcement of the law.
The bill defines “mRNA injections and products” broadly to include any treatment containing modified mRNA or nanotechnology linked to gene alteration.
Backers note that mRNA technology poses genetic and immunological risks.
As evidence, the bill’s supporters cite the skyrocketing deaths, injuries, and other adverse events among people who received Covid mRNA “vaccines.”
The mRNA Bioweapons Prohibition Act was submitted in the Minnesota legislature by State Rep. Shane Mekeland, a Republican.
It was also sponsored by Reps. Knudsen, Hudson, Dotseth, Murphy, Altendorf, Allen, and Schultz.
HF 3219 has been referred to the House Education Policy Committee.
The bill was drafted by Dr. Joseph Sansone, a leading psychotherapist based in Florida.
“This is the first meaningful legislation proposed to prohibit mRNA,” Sansone said of the Minnesota bill.
“This is a first in the nation proposed legislation that recognizes that mRNA injections are already illegal and violate existing bioweapons/weapons of mass destruction laws.
“We need other states to introduce this legislation, too.
“The purpose is to get this passed somewhere and get a jurisdiction to recognize mRNA as a bioweapon.”
Dr. Sansone has been leading efforts to ban the “vaccines” across the country.
As Slay News previously reported, the Arizona Republican Party passed a “Ban the Jab” resolution in April last year.
The move officially declared Covid mRNA shots “biological and technological bioweapons.”
The “Ban the Jab” resolution was submitted to Arizona Republicans by Dan Schultz of Precinct Strategy.
On Sunday, the state’s GOP almost unanimously voted to pass the resolution.
The resolution, which passed with approximately 96% of the vote, declares the Covid mRNA injections to be “biological and technological weapons.”
It also calls on the governor to prohibit their distribution.
Dr. Sansone authored the first “Ban the Jab” resolution in February of 2023, as Slay News reported.
He has also been battling in the courts to “Ban the Jab” in Florida.
“More Americans have died from mRNA injections than in WWI, WWII, and the Vietnam War Combined,” Sansone warns.
“I am not backing down!”
During Sansone’s court battles, a world-renowned professor who drafted America’s laws on bioweapons signed a sworn affidavit asserting that Covid mRNA shots are “weapons of mass destruction.”
Dr. Francis Boyle is a Harvard-educated law professor who drafted the 1989 Biological Weapons and Antiterrorism Act.
Both chambers of Congress unanimously passed the landmark legislation.
It was signed into law by President George H. W. Bush on May 22, 1990.
Dr. Boyle has now provided a signed affidavit stating that Covid mRNA injections violate the law he wrote.
Boyle asserts that “COVID-19 injections,” “COVID-19 nanoparticle injections,” and “mRNA nanoparticle injections” are “bioweapons” and “weapons of mass destruction.”
He notes that the Covid shots violate Biological Weapons 18 USC § 175; Weapons and Firearms § 790.166 Fla. Stat. (2023).
Meanwhile, an internationally celebrated neurosurgeon is raising the alarm after discovering that Covid mRNA “vaccines” are laced with secret cancer-causing ingredients to act as a “bioweapon” and “kill people.”
The warning was issued by Dr. Jack Kruse, one of America’s most highly respected medical experts.
In a new interview, Kruse exposes a decades-long globalist plot to poison entire populations with the SV40 cancer virus.
Speaking with Robert Breedlove on the “What Is Money?” podcast, Kruse explains how Covid mRNA “vaccines” were developed as bioweapons.
Kruse warns that the “vaccines” were designed to “kill people.”
He clarifies how SV40 is responsible for the escalating “turbo cancer” crisis that is being reported by oncologists around the world.
According to Kruse, the plan to spread the cancer virus has been in the works since SV40 contaminated polio vaccines.
“This is a bioweapons program that spans 75 years,” Kruse asserts.
“We have killed more people in the last 4 years than we did in any world war we’ve been involved with.”
“That alone should end everything that’s going on with Covid,” he adds.
“60 billion copies of DNA plasmids and SV40 promoter in it.”
According to Kruse, Pfizer intentionally spiked its Covid mRNA “vaccine” with SV40 to trigger a “turbo cancer” epidemic.
However, he warns that Pfizer has been battling to keep the use of SV40 hidden from the public.
Kruse goes on to note that the depopulation effort backfired when young, healthy “vaccinated” people started dying from cancers typically associated with older people.
“The official story is: They wanted to kill people,” Kruse adds.
