A radical leftist has been arrested in New York City and charged with hate crimes for vandalizing Tesla vehicles.
46-year-old Natasha Cohen, a licensed therapist in Brooklyn, has now been hit with criminal charges.
She was arrested after surveillance footage captured her throwing trash onto a parked Tesla Cybertruck earlier this month.
Cohen also dumped a brick on the hood that was marked with a swastika and the word “Nazi.”
She was arraigned on Saturday and released on her own recognizance following her arrest on April 12.
Authorities say the incident occurred on April 7 along Ditmas Avenue.
The area is a predominantly Jewish neighborhood of Brooklyn.
According to a criminal complaint, Cohen was seen on surveillance video approaching the vehicle with a bag of garbage and then leaving it on the Cybertruck.
Cohen also left a brick on the vehcihles with a swastika and the word “Nazi” scrawled across it, which she appeared to have pre-prepared.
During her arrest, Cohen defended her actions, reportedly telling police:
“Every time I see those cars, I see Elon Musk saluting the country as a Nazi.
“I made a mistake because I’m basically living in terror every day that the country is turning into Nazi Germany.
“I’m truly terrified because Elon was unelected, and they’re deporting migrants without a trial.”
Cohen, who also goes by Carrie, is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW).
She has over two decades of experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
In addition to operating a private counseling practice, she previously collaborated with the Kings County Re-Entry Task Force and the Bureau of Youth Diversion and Initiatives.
Her work involved placing criminal offenders into court diversion programs, where successful completion of probation could allow defendants to avoid criminal records.

Cohen’s professional profile highlights her advanced training in maternal mental health and lists various therapy tools she sells online, including worksheets for children coping with ADHD, body dysmorphia, and anxiety.
The New York Post reported that she was seen Tuesday outside her Kensington apartment building, which features private patios and backyards.
Real estate listings for units in the building range between $780,000 and $1.1 million.
Cohen was reportedly wearing an oversized hoodie and sunglasses while attempting to avoid media attention, accompanied by her teenage son.
The outlet described Cohen as a “woke therapist.”
Cohen has a history of criticizing Musk and President Donald Trump on social media.
Her statements to police referenced false claims regarding an incident involving Musk at Trump’s inaugural celebration.
During that event, Musk raised his arm to salute the crowd.
However, Democrats and their coporate media allied piunced in the innocent gesture and claimed it resembled a Nazi salute.
The media deceitfully took the gesture out of context.
Musk was expressing his support for the crowd, placing his hand on his chest and then gesturing out to the audience.
“My heart goes out to you,” Musk told the crowd during the “salute.”
Musk dismissed the claims as a “tired” smear and a “dirty trick.”
DO NOT BELIEVE THE MEDIA

Incidents targeting Tesla vehicles, once a virtue-signaling trophy among liberals, have increased in recent years.
Attacks soared when Musk began collaborating with President Trump’s administration on efforts to reduce government waste and root out fraudulent abuse of taxpayer funds..
Tesla cars, equipped with multiple external cameras, have recorded several instances of vandalism across the country.
These recordings have often helped in the identification and prosecution of suspects.
Cohen’s case is now moving through the Brooklyn criminal court system.
No further court date has been made public as of this report.
