A left-wing activist mother has sparked alarm after declaring publicly that she is considering killing herself and her children rather than encountering federal immigration authorities.
The woman, identified on TikTok as Tavi Quinn, suggested that death would be “an easier out” than coming into contact with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.
She claimed that her children would be “taken and harmed” by ICE agents, whom she accused of being “pedophiles.”
Her disturbing remarks come amid escalating anti-ICE rhetoric and unrest across the United States following the Jan. 7 shooting of anti-ICE activist Renee Good.
Good was shot by an ICE agent after striking him with her vehicle in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
“If it comes down to me taking out myself and my kids versus us being taken and harmed by ICE, like, God help me, I did not want to do it,” she said.
“This is not the life I wanted, but that is a very dark thought that I’ve had.
“Death would be an easier out than for my children to be taken and harmed by these pedophiles.”

Following the backlash, Quinn deleted the video from TikTok.
However, in an alarming update, she posted another video announcing she had bought a handgun

The comments arrive as mass anti-ICE protests continue to fuel unrest in Minnesota and beyond.
In response to the deteriorating security situation, President Donald Trump’s administration deployed nearly 1,000 additional ICE agents to Minneapolis to ensure federal immigration enforcement operations could proceed safely.
Tensions escalated further on Jan. 24, when a Border Patrol agent shot anti-ICE agitator Alex Pretti.
Footage later obtained by The News Movement showed Pretti spitting at federal agents and kicking the taillight of their vehicle just 11 days before his death.
Meanwhile, inflammatory rhetoric from prominent Democratic officials has intensified the climate surrounding immigration enforcement.
Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz compared ICE to the Nazi regime.
The Democrat governor asserted during a May commencement speech that ICE is the “modern-day Gestapo.”
Walz also invoked Anne Frank, the Jewish teenager who hid from Nazi forces during Adolf Hitler’s occupation of the Netherlands, while discussing immigration enforcement in his state.
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey responded to Good’s death by calling on ICE to “get the f*** out” of his city.
Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner also accused ICE agents of being “wannabe Nazis.”
Meanwhile, Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) said Tuesday that people feel “justified” in shooting ICE agents because they are “masked hoodlums.”
At the same time, corporate media outlets and Democrat officials sharply criticized ICE for monitoring the welfare of a 5-year-old boy, Liam Conejo Ramos.
The young child had been abandoned by his illegal-alien father as agents moved to arrest him.
Despite agents caring for the jilted young boy, Democrats and their corporate media allies falsely claimed that ICE had “detained” the child.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) confirmed on Jan. 22 that the child was taken to a detention facility in Texas so he could remain with his father.
A judge later ordered both released.
The episode underscores the increasingly volatile rhetoric and real-world consequences surrounding immigration enforcement as federal authorities continue carrying out deportation operations under President Trump’s second administration.
