President Donald Trump’s White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller has responded after Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials announced that an illegal alien has been arrested for killing a 24-year-old American woman.
The illegal alien from Colombia killed Kaitlyn Weaver while driving 90 miles an hour in a 45 mph zone— without a license — in Colorado last July.
“The entire family will be deported,” Miller announced in a post on X.

The Trump administration is following through on its promise to restore law and order at the border—this time by deporting the entire family of an illegal immigrant teenager convicted in the tragic death of a young American woman.
Stephen Miller, White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy, confirmed Thursday that the Colombian national and his family will be removed from the country following a reckless crash that killed 24-year-old Kaitlyn Weaver in Aurora, Colorado.
The 16-year-old, who entered the U.S. illegally, had been sentenced to probation and community service as part of a plea deal.
As Slay News reported, the killer received a slap on the wrist from a DEmocrat prosecutor despite driving 90 mph in a residential neighborhood with other minors in his vehicle when the fatal collision occurred.
Weaver died after being placed on life support for two days.
Her life was cut short by a senseless act that critics argue should never have happened if immigration laws were enforced properly.
After avoiding jail time in state court, the teen was arrested by federal immigration authorities on May 20, along with his entire family, also residing in the U.S. illegally.
Miller declared that the entire family will now be deported.
ICE confirmed the arrest and underscored its commitment to removing criminal aliens.
“The minor, who was convicted of reckless driving resulting in death, was arrested along with his family, who are also illegal aliens,” an agency spokesperson said in a statement.
“All aliens in violation of U.S. immigration law may be subject to arrest, detention, and, if found removable by final order, removal from the United States, regardless of nationality.”
The enforcement comes as part of President Trump’s mass deportation initiative aimed at restoring immigration integrity.
Since returning to the White House, Trump has prioritized sweeping actions at the border, directing ICE to target a minimum of 3,000 arrests per day.
ICE Denver also weighed in, criticizing the leniency of Arapahoe County District Attorney Amy Padden, a self-described “progressive” Democrat:
“For the @DA18th justice is no jail time and probation for this criminal alien who killed a young woman while driving more than 90mph.
“For ICE, justice is arrest and removal.”
The teen remains in ICE custody as he awaits an immigration hearing.
If found removable, he and his family will be deported, delivering a strong message that under the Trump administration, there are real consequences for breaking America’s laws.
