Failed Democrat vice presidential candidate Tim Walz is rolling out a new conspiracy theory after President Donald Trump blasted his handling of immigration and referred to him as “seriously retarded.”
Walz, the radical governor of Minnesota, appeared more outraged by Trump’s criticism than by the real-world consequences of his own policies, which the president tied directly to America’s worsening refugee and crime problems.
Trump’s comments came during a Truth Social post calling for sweeping “reverse migration” reforms following the deadly ambush of two National Guardsmen in Washington, D.C.
Trump outlined the scale of the crisis:
“The official United States Foreign population stands at 53 million people (Census), most of which are on welfare, from failed nations, or from prisons, mental institutions, gangs, or drug cartels.
“They and their children are supported through massive payments from Patriotic American Citizens who, because of their beautiful hearts, do not want to openly complain or cause trouble in any way, shape, or form.”
He called the refugee burden “the leading cause of social dysfunction in America,” and then pointed specifically to Walz’s Minnesota:
“As an example, hundreds of thousands of refugees from Somalia are completely taking over the once great State of Minnesota.
“Somalian gangs are roving the streets looking for ‘prey’ as our wonderful people stay locked in their apartments and houses hoping against hope that they will be left alone,” Trump wrote.
Trump didn’t hold back on Walz:
“The seriously retarded Governor of Minnesota, Tim Walz, does nothing, either through fear, incompetence, or both, while the worst ‘Congressman/woman’ in our Country, Ilhan Omar, always wrapped in her swaddling hijab…”
The president went on to outline a sweeping national security and immigration overhaul, including a pledge to “permanently pause migration from all Third World Countries,” end federal benefits for noncitizens, denaturalize migrants who undermine domestic stability, and deport foreign nationals who are “a public charge, security risk, or non-compatible with Western Civilization.”

Rather than defend his policies or address the crime surge Trump attributed to his leadership, Walz posted a four-word deflection:
“Release the MRI results.”

The jab appears to be an effort to promote a conspiracy theory related to Trump revealing last month that he had undergone an MRI.

Critics online mocked the Minnesota governor’s response.
“Tim Walz demanding Trump’s MRI while Minnesota’s crime rate keeps spiking is like the captain of the Titanic asking for the iceberg’s safety inspection report,” one X user wrote.
Another added, “It’s not even a good clapback.
“You just know some lazy staffer panicked and spat out this tweet between turkey plates.
“What a miserable, humiliating job it must be to pretend to be Tim Walz on X.”
Trump’s renewed immigration push comes after Wednesday’s attack in Washington, D.C., where Afghan national Rahmanullah Lakanwal, who entered the U.S. under Joe Biden’s Operation Allies Welcome program, allegedly gunned down two National Guardsmen.
On Thursday, Trump announced that one of the victims, 20-year-old Sarah Beckstrom of West Virginia, had tragically died from her injuries.
