Top Doctor: ‘Reproduction May Become Impossible’

A prominent doctor is raising the alarm over an escalating fertility crisis that his putting civilization at risk.

The disturbing crisis is quietly unfolding across the modern world, and almost no one in power wants to talk about it.

For decades, men’s testosterone levels and sperm counts have been plummeting at an alarming rate, sparking urgent questions about the future of human fertility and the very survival of the human race as we know it.

An anthropologist, men’s health advocate, and author whose work has appeared in The Spectator, The American Mind, and more, Cornish-Dale is sounding the alarm in his forthcoming book, “The Last Men: Liberalism and the Death of Masculinity.”

In an exclusive interview on The Sceptic podcast this week, Cornish-Dale laid out the crisis in stark terms: Western men are being biologically and psychologically neutered by a toxic cocktail of environmental pollutants, estrogen-mimicking chemicals, collapsing diet standards, sedentary lifestyles, and, most dangerously, a cultural war on masculinity itself.

This is not accidental, he warns. It’s systemic.

Cornish-Dale connects the dots between the “coincidental” chemical sterilization of men and the broader globalist agenda that celebrates weakness, dependence, and the dismantling of traditional male roles.

Testosterone, long associated with strength, vitality, and fatherhood, is now smeared as “toxic.”

Meanwhile, processed foods, endocrine disruptors, and pharmaceuticals flood the bodies of millions of men from childhood onward.

“One of the fundamental reasons is that sperm counts have been declining precipitously across the Western world for decades, and also in the non-Western world, as new research is showing,” he explains.

“And if you extrapolate the data, by 2045-2050, the median man will have a sperm count of zero.

“What that means is that one half of all men will produce no sperm whatsoever, and the other half will produce so few that it doesn’t really matter.

“You need a certain number of sperm to fertilise an egg – the odds are pretty low even when you have millions of millions of sperm per decilitre of semen – but when you have, say, 10, it’s just not going to happen.

“So we’re moving towards a situation very rapidly where reproduction by natural means may be impossible.

“And this is a mainstream prediction – we’re not off in conspiracy land here.

“These are predictions based on existing data by world experts in reproductive health.

“Professor Shanna Swan at Mount Sinai Hospital medical school in New York is more or less the world’s foremost reproductive health expert.”

“While reproductive issues are something all human societies face, our problem today is existential,” he adds.

“Like I say, Spermageddon.

“It affects women, too,” he notes.

“It’s not just the headline-grabbing statistic about sperm counts – women are suffering equally precipitous declines in all sorts of indexes of fertility as well.

“There was a study done out of Singapore, for example, that showed that women with higher levels of PFAS chemicals – nonstick coating like Teflon – in their blood have a 40% reduced likelihood of bringing a live baby to full term. That’s pretty serious.

“So, both sexes are in this problem together.

“And that’s something that I also try to say in my work is we can talk about ‘The End of Men’, which was a Tucker Carlson documentary that I was in about these fertility problems, but actually the end of men is the end of women as well.

“So it’s really a problem that unites both sexes and indeed should unite our civilisation in trying to find some sort of answer to it.

“But at the moment at least, it just seems to be America, with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. now in charge of health over there, that’s taking these problems seriously.

“But I’m hoping it will catch on.”

Studies have shown that the average man’s testosterone levels have fallen by more than 50% over the last several decades.

Sperm counts, already dangerously low, are expected to hit zero in many Western nations within a generation if the current trend continues.

And the consequences are already here: plummeting birth rates, rising infertility, record-breaking demand for IVF and sperm banks, and a generation of young men struggling with obesity, depression, and a profound sense of purposelessness.

Despite this crisis, liberal institutions remain obsessed with promoting gender confusion, rejecting traditional masculinity, and mocking the very traits that once defined strong, protective fathers and husbands.

Instead, they celebrate sterilization, abortion, and “equity” over biological reality.

Cornish-Dale’s book, “The Last Men,” doesn’t just chronicle the decline; it offers a roadmap for reclaiming health, purpose, and strength in a world gone soft.

He calls on men to return to nature, reject processed food and synthetic hormones, lift weights, and embrace the primal habits that kept our ancestors strong and virile.

For critics of globalism and collectivist ideologies, the testosterone crisis is just another piece of the puzzle, part of a broader war against national sovereignty, family, and freedom.

A population stripped of its masculine energy, after all, is easier to control.

The decline in male fertility is no longer just a health issue.

It’s a civilizational emergency.
