A high-profile European government official has just issued an explosive whistleblowing statement to alert the public that people who received Covid mRNA “vaccines” have been permanently “genetically modified.”
Dr. Peter Kotlár, a Member of Parliament (MP) in Slovakia, held a press conference to deliver the news in a message to the world.
Kotlár was appointed to lead the Slovak government’s investigation into Covid.
On Thursday, Dr. Peter Kotlár held a press conference to drop the bombshell that people who received Covid mRNA injections are now officially classified as “genetically modified organisms” (GMO).
He warned that, in some cases, the DNA content in a Covid show was higher than mRNA.
Kotlár also said he’s informed top officials in President Donald Trump’s administration about the findings.
He revealed that the findings were shared with U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., FBI Director Kash Patel, and U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi.
The Slovak MP noted that Kennedy has confirmed receipt of the documents.
“My primary task is to uphold the Constitution, and as a doctor, I have the duty and the right to protect the health of Slovak citizens,” Kotlár said during the press conference.
“Yesterday, I also informed the US Minister of Health and Human Services by letter, Mr. Robert Kennedy Jr., who confirmed receipt.
“Furthermore, the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation Kash Patel and Pamela Bondi, the US Attorney General, were also informed.
“34 batches from Pfizer and Moderna have been analysed so far, which were stored according to the proper cold chain and only those that were used for the Slovak population during the COVID-19 epidemic.
“Today, I will present the most significant result of the analysis,” he continued.
“The results of the analysis of all, I repeat, all analysed batches proved that in every single vial, there is an extremely high amount of DNA, a vector that encodes the cassette for the synthesis of the S-protein, if not other proteins as well.
“Almost in the same amount as mRNA, DNA is also present there.
“In three cases, the DNA content is even higher than the mRNA. This can no longer even be considered an mRNA vaccine.
“This genetic code for the synthesis of the S-protein, this information stored in this DNA, is stable compared to mRNA, can integrate into human nuclear DNA, and subsequently, such a human organism becomes – I’m not afraid to say officially – a genetically modified organism.”

DNA contamination has now been found in 11 independent laboratory tests.
However, this is the first acknowledgment from a government official.
In January 2024, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico appointed Dr. Kotlár to lead an investigation into the pandemic response.
“The Slovak public simply needs an answer,” Fico said.
“Needs an answer about vaccination, what it actually was.
“Why people were vaccinated with various experimental vaccines.
“Why all sorts of drugs were pushed into people.”
In October 2024, Kotlár’s report was submitted to the government. He then gave a press conference.
The report’s findings upset and seemingly panicked the vaccine industry.
In response, the Slovak Spectator wrote:
“Recently, the government received his report, compiled in collaboration with disinformation agents, which controversially recommends halting the use of mRNA vaccines in Slovakia.”
The Slovak Spectator went on to list all the people and organisations that were attempting to bury Kotlár’s findings.
The Health Ministry has also dismissed Kotlár’s conclusions.
Scientists at the Virology Institute of the Biomedical Centre of the Slovak Academy of Sciences have also been urging the government to handle Kotlár’s report with extreme caution.
They claim the finding could isolate Slovakia from the international scientific community.
The attacks on Kotlár continue, meanwhile.
The country’s media has been scrambling to accuse Kotlár of spreading “disinformation.”
It comes after Kotlár dropped major bombshells regarding the pandemic last year.
As Slay News reported in October, Kotlár led an explosive investigation that determined the pandemic was a “fabricated operation.”
He also warned that Covid “vaccines” were an “act of bioterrorism.”
Kotlár published the findings in a Slovak government commission report on the nation’s investigations into the Covid pandemic.
In releasing his report, Kotlár held a press conference to call for the immediate ban of the Covid mRNA injections.
He also called on governments around the world to do the same.
Due to the severity of the findings detailed in the report, Kotlár has called for an emergency “session of the government” to immediately ban the “vaccines” and to cut the nation’s ties with the globalist World Health Organization (WHO).
Kotlár is still battling for the “vaccines” to be pulled as he faces pushback from globalist officials within the Slovak government.
