The Daily Show host Trevor Noah has dropped the hammer on Joe Biden after reports emerged that leaders of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) refused to take the Democrat president’s calls.
Noah remarked that, even if the reports werenโt true, โThis would have never happened to Donald Trump. Never.โ
The left-wing host said it would never happen to Trump because the 45th president kept international leaders โon their toes.โ
โApparently, Saudi Arabia wonโt even pick up the phone for the president of the United States,โ Noah said.
Noah was reacting to a Wall Street Journal report noting that Biden has tried โ and failed โ to get ahold of the leaders of Saudi Arabia and the UAE while he looks to import oil from foreign nations.
โThat must have been really embarrassing for Biden,โ the talk show host added.
โCan you imagine? He phones them, and they donโt pick up.โ
โNow, according to the White House, according to the White House, this story is totally untrue,โ Noah continued.
โThey deny it. Which I would, too.
“But either way, man, there is no denying that Saudi Arabia isnโt playing ball with Joe Biden.โ
โAnd you know what, you can say what you want, but this would have never happened to Donald Trump. Never,โ he added.
โNo one was ever ignoring Donald Trumpโs calls,โ because โif you ignored Donald Trumpโs calls, you didnโt know how he would respond,โ Noah explained.
โMaybe heโd send an angry tweet, or maybe heโd just, like, ban your country from everything.
“You donโt know,โ he said.
โThatโs why I bet in these situations, Biden actually wishes that he could hire Trump to step in as President Wild Card. You know?
โJust keep everyone on their toes.
“Because if Trump was calling, you best believe the UAE, theyโll be racing to pick up the phone.โ
