Trump Reveals ‘CROOKED Adam Schiff’ Caught Committing ‘Mortgage Fraud’: ‘Scam Artist… Needs to Be Brought to Justice’

President Donald Trump has just dropped a bombshell, accusing Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) of committing mortgage fraud.

The allegations, revealed by Trump on Tuesday, originate from none other than Fannie Mae’s Financial Crimes Division.

“I have always suspected Shifty Adam Schiff was a scam artist,” Trump wrote in a blistering Truth Social post.

“And now I learn that Fannie Mae’s Financial Crimes Division have concluded that Adam Schiff has engaged in a sustained pattern of possible Mortgage Fraud.”

Trump outlined the core of the allegation, stating Schiff “said that his primary residence was in MARYLAND to get a cheaper mortgage and rip off America, when he must LIVE in CALIFORNIA because he was a Congressman from CALIFORNIA.”

The president continued: “I always knew Adam Schiff was a Crook.

“The FRAUD began with the refinance of his Maryland property on February 6, 2009, and continued through multiple transactions until the Maryland property was correctly designated as a second home on October 13, 2020.”

“Mortgage Fraud is very serious,” Trump concluded.

“And CROOKED Adam Schiff (now a Senator) needs to be brought to justice.”

The accusations echo prior reporting from The Gateway Pundit, which revealed Schiff has long claimed his upscale Maryland home as his primary residence, despite holding elected office and voting in California for years.

In 2003, Schiff purchased the Montgomery County home with his wife and declared it as their “primary residence,” supposedly occupying it for 12 consecutive months.

But while Schiff took advantage of tax and mortgage breaks, he continued to vote and campaign in California, raising questions about potential legal and ethical violations.

Despite holding an official residence in Burbank, California, Schiff has allegedly spent most of his time in the 3,420-square-foot Maryland property.

His California “home” has been described as a small condo, one that may be more useful for tax filings than for actual living.

Schiff also reportedly refinanced the Maryland property in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2013, claiming it as his primary residence in those filings.

A 2009 House Ethics investigation revealed the issue, and Schiff’s defense at the time was that it was merely an error.

He repaid exempt taxes to the state of Maryland, but the pattern of questionable filings reportedly continued until 2020.

Critics are already pointing out the double standard.

Former Rep. Steven Watkins (R-OK) faced criminal charges for falsely claiming a residence to vote.

However, Schiff, a powerful Democrat now serving in the Senate, has so far faced no legal consequences.
