President Donald Trump has just declared that he is nullifying every executive action and official document that he says was authorized through the Biden administration’s autopen.
The move targets all documents not signed by former President Joe Biden’s own signature.
In a Friday Truth Social post, Trump said Biden relied on the device at an unprecedented scale.
The president revealed that “92% of documents signed during Biden’s presidency were done so with the device.”
According to Trump, that alone renders them legally invalid.
In a statement on Truth Social, Trump wrote:
“The Autopen is not allowed to be used if approval is not specifically given by the President of the United States.
“The Radical Left Lunatics circling Biden around the beautiful Resolute Desk in the Oval Office took the Presidency away from him.”

Trump announced he is canceling “all executive orders and anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden.”
He argues that Biden’s staff, who used the autopen, did so illegally.”
Trump also issued a warning to Biden directly.
The president said Biden could face consequences if he tries to distance himself from the approvals.
Trump said he would charge Biden with perjury “if he claims he was involved in the autopen process.”

The announcement raises immediate questions inside the federal bureaucracy about who will authenticate what was or wasn’t signed by Biden himself.
The White House has not yet addressed how the documents will be audited.
WATCH:
The autopen device at the center of President Trump’s declaration is not new to Washington.
The machine, which physically holds a real pen and recreates a person’s handwriting template with near-perfect accuracy, has been used in various forms by the federal government since the Truman administration.
Past opinions from the Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel have held that autopen signatures can be legally valid for presidential actions.
However, the autopen can only be legally used if the president explicitly authorizes the machine’s use.
President Trump says that never happened.
According to Trump, 92% of all documents issued during Joe Biden’s presidency were signed by autopen operators without the former president’s direct authorization, making the signatures invalid and the actions themselves unlawful.
It is believed Biden’s handlers were taking executive action without even consulting with the president.
Trump repeated Friday that if Biden now claims he authorized the signatures, “perjury charges will follow.”
During his term, Biden issued:
- 162 executive orders
- Hundreds of memoranda
- Multiple proclamations and administrative notices
Many of those orders, Trump argues, may now be nullified under his new directive.
Trump already rescinded nearly 80 Biden executive orders during his first weeks back in office.
However, some of the most sweeping remaining orders, now potentially subject to cancellation under Trump’s autopen directive, include:
- Executive Order 14087, which expanded federal authority over prescription drug pricing
- Executive Order 14096, establishing wide-reaching environmental justice rules
- Executive Order 14110, imposing federal controls on artificial intelligence development and deployment
Legal experts note that reviewing and verifying signature authorization for hundreds of separate actions could trigger one of the most significant administrative reversals in modern history.
The White House has not yet explained who authorized autopen use, how many signatures were automated, or what internal controls (if any) existed under the Biden administration.
This is a developing story and will be updated as more information becomes available.
