President Donald Trump has once again torn into Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (D-GA), blasting the once-loyal ally after her combative “60 Minutes” appearance and demanding CBS issue a public apology for putting her on the program.
In a social media post, Trump unveiled a new nickname for the congresswoman, further deepening the fued.
“The only reason Marjorie ‘Traitor’ Brown (Green turns Brown under stress!) went BAD is that she was JILTED by the President of the United States (Certainly not the first time she has been jilted!),” Trump wrote in a morning post.
He accused Greene of pushing “really BAD” ideas and added:
“She sort of reminds me of a Rotten Apple!”
Trump also took aim at the network itself, now under new ownership aligned with Oracle billionaire Larry Ellison, accusing the program of sinking even further in quality.
“My real problem with the show, however, wasn’t the low IQ traitor, it was that the new ownership of 60 Minutes, Paramount, would allow a show like this to air,” he wrote.
Trump said he was “paid millions of Dollars for FAKE REPORTING” in a prior dispute with the broadcast.
“Since they bought it, 60 Minutes has actually gotten WORSE!” he said.
“Oh well, far worse things can happen,” Trump added, before issuing a demand:
“P.S. I hereby demand a complete and total APOLOGY, though far too late to be meaningful, from Lesley Stahl and 60 Minutes for her incorrect and Libelous statements about Hunter’s Laptop!!!”

Greene Fires Back
Greene responded within an hour, contrasting Trump’s AIPAC fundraising with her own refusal to take money from the group.
“I AM AMERICA FIRST,” she posted.
“Thank you for your attention to this matter. -MTG.”
Her “60 Minutes” interview featured harsh criticism of Republicans she claimed privately mocked Trump before aligning with him once he secured the 2024 nomination.
“I watched many of my colleagues go from making fun of him… making fun of how he talks, making fun of me constantly for supporting him,” Greene said.
“When he won the primary in 2024, they all started, excuse my language, kissing his a**, and decided to put on a MAGA hat for the first time.”

Greene accused Trump’s attacks of generating death threats against her family and faulted him for focusing too heavily on foreign matters.
She also complained that Republicans lacked a coherent healthcare plan.
The feud intensified after Trump announced he would not endorse her re-election.
Greene chose instead to retire early, releasing a four-page letter and a 10-minute video blaming political “machine” pressures and threats for her decision.
Trump didn’t let up.
“Marjorie is not AMERICA FIRST or MAGA, because nobody could have changed her views so fast, and her new views are those of a very dumb person,” he posted.
Greene Clashes with Lesley Stahl on Toxic Politics
During the segment, “60 Minutes” host Lesley Stahl pressed Greene on her past rhetoric and its role in intensifying political tensions.
“But you contributed to that. You,” Stahl said.
“You, you were out there pounding, insulting people.”
Greene snapped back.
“Lesley, you’ve contributed to it as well,” Greene said.
“You’re accusatory, just like you did just then.”
When Stahl insisted, “I don’t insult people,” Greene replied immediately:
“You do. The way you question.
“You’re accusing me right now.”
