Virgina Giuffre’s Dad Rejects ‘Suicide’ Claim, Demands Full Investigation into Daughter’s Death

The father of Jeffrey Epstein’s victim and Prince Andrew’s accuser, Virginia Roberts Giuffre, has rejected claims that his daughter committed “suicide.”

Giuffre’s dad, Sky Roberts, told TMZ that he wants a full and independent investigation into his daughter’s death.

Roberts insists that his daughter was not suicidal.

He also notes that Giuffre always warned to be wary of if she was ever found to have taken her own life.

In fact, Roberts says his daughter records video messages that he wants authorities to investigate.

Roberts said his daughter says in the videos that, if she’s ever found dead, not to believe claims that she committed suicide.

In December 2019, Giuffre even posted on social media that she was not suicidal.

Giuffre was replying to a post on X where someone claimed the “F.B.I. will kill her to protect the ultra rich and well connected.”

In response, Giuffre wrote:

“I am making it publicly known that in no way, shape or form am I suicidal. …

“If something happens to me – in the sake of my family do not let this go away and help me to protect them.

“Too many evil people want to see me quieted.”

In addition to her father’s call for authorities to take a closer look at Giuffre’s death, her attorney is also casting doubt that she committed suicide.

Her lawyer Karrie Louden told The Sun:

“We’ve got big question marks over it.

“There’s suicide and then there’s misadventure.”

NBC News first reported, via Giuffre’s family, that she died of “suicide” in Australia.

Giuffre had accused now-deceased Democrat financier Jeffrey Epstein of trafficking her to Prince Andrew when she was a teenager.

She says she was raped by Andrew on three seperate occasions.

He has denied the accusations.

Louden added to The Sun of her death:

“I didn’t see her in the room. I wasn’t in there.

“The family said what the family has said, but I’m not going to speculate whether it was suicide or accidental.”

“You’ll all be aware that she’s been in hospital,” Louden added to The Sun.

“She’s been on medications.

“Has she just taken too many painkillers?

“Was she intentionally doing it?

“I just, you know… I don’t even know what the cause of death was.”

Louden also told The Sun that Giuffre had sounded positive recently.

“She was in a lot of pain, but she was looking forward to things in the future,” the lawyer said in the interview.

“She wanted to renovate this house and all sorts of things like that.

“There were plans that she had for the future…

“When I got the phone call, I was like, ‘Are you joking?’

“Because there were no signs that that was something she was considering?”

In a statement released to NBC News, Giuffre’s family said:

“It is with utterly broken hearts that we announce that Virginia passed away last night at her farm in Western Australia.

“She lost her life to suicide after being a lifelong victim of sexual abuse and sex trafficking.

“Virginia was a fierce warrior in the fight against sexual abuse and sex trafficking.

“She was the light that lifted so many survivors,” the statement said.

“In the end, the toll of abuse is so heavy that it became unbearable for Virginia to handle its weight.”
