A White House spokesperson has issued a stern warning to “The View” co-host Joy Behar following her latest tirade against President Donald Trump.
The White House is threatening to have the ABC propaganda show taken off the air if the attacks on the president continue.
Behar’s comments came during a discussion on Trump’s recent call for former President Barack Obama to be criminally investigated for fabricating intelligence related to the Trump–Russia collusion narrative.
Behar responded with an outburst that criticized Trump, calling him “jealous” of Obama’s success and contrasting their public images.
“First of all, who tried to overthrow the government on Jan. 6?” Behar asked while deceitfully framing the U.S. Capitol protests in 2021 as an “insurrection.”
“Who was that again? That was not Obama.
“The thing about him is he’s so jealous of Obama, because Obama is everything that he is not: Trim, smart, handsome, happily married, and can sing Al Green’s song ‘Let’s Stay Together’ better than Al Green.
“And Trump cannot stand it.
“It’s driving him crazy,” she alleged.
“Green is not a good color.”

In response, White House spokesperson Taylor Rogers fired back.
Rogers accused Behar of suffering from a severe case of “Trump Derangement Syndrome.”
He also pointed out that “The View” had seen a significant drop in ratings.
Rogers continued by threatening that the show could face cancellation if Behar’s falsehood-filled anti-Trump rhetoric doesn’t stop.
“Joy Behar is an irrelevant loser suffering from a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome,” Rogers said in a statement.
“It’s no surprise that The View’s ratings hit an all-time low last year.
“She should self-reflect on her own jealousy of President Trump’s historic popularity before her show is the next to be pulled off-air.”
This sharp critique follows an earlier decision by CBS to cancel “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” next May after its broadcast season ends.
CBS and its parent company Paramount claimed the cancellation was purely a financial decision, noting that Colbert’s show was losing the network $40 million a year.
Despite this, many liberal commentators have speculated that the decision was politically motivated due to Colbert’s frequent promotion of anti-Trump propaganda.
According to reports, Colbert’s manager was aware of the show’s cancellation more than two weeks before Colbert himself.
Multiple sources confirmed that the decision was largely driven by financial losses rather than political factors.
In contrast to these struggles, “The View” spokesperson defended the show’s performance in a statement to Entertainment Weekly, claiming that the show’s viewership is “up in total viewers and women 18-49, compared to the comparable weeks last season.”
The statement claims that “The View” is “ranking No. 1 in households and total viewers among all network daytime talk shows and news programs for the fifth straight season.”
While the show’s ratings might still be holding strong in certain demographics, the White House’s sharp criticism suggests that Behar’s constant anti-Trump tirades could eventually lead to a significant shift in how the show is perceived, or, possibly, its cancellation.
With political divides growing ever more evident in the entertainment industry, it remains to be seen if the left-wing talk show will be able to maintain its standing or if it will be another casualty of shifting ratings and increasingly polarizing political discourse.
