Twice-failed-Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is taking swipes at President Donald Trump while out promoting her new show.
During an appearance on CBS News, Hillary said she believes that Jan. 6 “was a seditious conspiracy against the government of the United States, and that’s a crime.”
Jan. 6 was “led by Donald Trump, encouraged by Donald Trump,” Clinton added.
However, Clinton soon gave up the game by revealing that her bitterness toward the 45th president still lingers from the 2016 election.
Despite bashing Trump for disputing the 2020 election results, Hillary let slip that she still views him as an “illegitimate” president.
The popular vote does not count in presidential elections except to allow a loser to boast that they “really” won.
Whether she wants to admit it or not, Hillary is casting doubt on the electoral system, something she says Trump is guilty of.
Hillary told CBS:
“Was I happy when I beat Donald Trump by nearly 3 million votes but lost the Electoral College? No, I was not happy.
“Did I ever for a nanosecond think, ‘I’m gonna claim victory and try to get the Democrats to refuse to certify the election’? No.”

As for the raid on Mar-a-Lago, Hillary took to Twitter on Tuesday and tried to argue that her case is different than Trump’s.
She said:
“I can’t believe we’re still talking about this, but my emails…
“As Trump’s problems continue to mount, the right is trying to make this about me again.
“There’s even a ‘Clinton Standard.’
“The fact is that I had zero emails that were classified.
“Comey admitted he was wrong after he claimed I had classified emails.
“Trump’s own State Department, under two different Secretaries, found I had no classified emails. That’s right: ZERO.
“I’m more tired of talking about this than anyone, but here we are.
“If you’re interested in the facts, you can read more here.”

As Trump’s problems continue to mount, the right is trying to make this about me again. There’s even a “Clinton Standard."

National security lawyer Bradley P. Moss and took Hillary to the woodshed to debunk her claims.
He said:
“I hate to do this, Madame Secretary, but that’s not entirely accurate.
“None of the emails were properly *marked* as classified.
“That is true, and is distinct from Trump’s situation.
“There was “spillage” however of *information* within the unmarked emails that was classified.
“Most of that spillage was due to retroactive classification.
“And later reviews found you were not individually culpable for the spillages of information.
“But it is not accurate to say there was no classified information.”
