Vice President Kamala Harris has raised major concerns among European allies during her diplomatic mission to Poland.
Harris has stoked outrage across the world for breaking into laughter when talking about whether the U.S. will take in Ukrainian refugees during a press conference with ally nations in Europe.
Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky’s former press secretary, Julia Mendel, reacted in horror to Harris as the vice president laughed inappropriately and struggles to answer simple questions.
Mendel said on social media that it would be a “tragedy” if Harris ever became president.
“It would be a tragedy if this woman became president,” Mendel tweeted.
She later deleted the tweet but the internet is forever and the screenshot was captured for posterity.

President Donald Trump also weighed in on Harris’s behavior after watching the presser.
“I just watched the vice president laughing about the horrible situation with immigration,” Trump said.
“It was almost like the laugh of a madwoman, to be laughing about that it’s a sad situation.
“We have people in there that are grossly incompetent.”
“Only Kamala Harris would find it appropriate to laugh when talking about the topic of Ukrainian Refugees,” said Benny Johnson of Turning Point USA.
“Kamala Harris has been very consistent during her live remarks with Poland’s leader,” said George Papadopoulos.
“She is awkwardly laughing. Again. Discussing refugees is no laughing matter. Why she laughs at this is deranged.”
“Nothing about any of this is funny,” said Fox News meteorologist Janice Dean.
Meghan McCain said earlier about Harris:
“She’s the Vice President and she’s had ample time and resources to media train herself out of reacting to every single crisis situation like she’s walking onto a late-night show.
“She comes off so craven.”
