Schumer Caught on Hot Mic Warning Biden about Midterms: ‘We’re in Danger’

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) has been caught on a hot mic while speaking with Joe Biden, warning the Democrat president that their party is “in danger.”

On Thursday afternoon, Schumer was heard telling Biden that Democrats were in trouble just days before next month’s midterm elections.

“That seat, we’re in danger in that seat,” Schumer told Biden.

“It’s close,” he added a few moments later, “We’ll see.”

However, press poll coverage did not show what was said just prior to Schumer’s remarks, so it’s not clear what seat the Senate Democrat leader was talking about.

Schumer then addressed the recent disastrous debate performance from Pennsylvania’s Democrat Lt. Governor John Fetterman in his U.S. Senate race against Republican nominee Dr. Mehmet Oz.

“We’ll we’re, you know, it looks like, it looks like the debate didn’t hurt us too much in Pennsylvania as of today,” Schumer said.

“So that’s good.”

Betting markets and polls have shifted in favor of Oz following the debate.

Fetterman struggled to understand questions, couldn’t formulate coherent sentences, and seemed completely out of sync as he recovers from a stroke.

Schumer then shifted his focus to the U.S. Senate race in Georgia between Democrat Sen. Raphael Warnock and Republican nominee Herschel Walker.

“And we’re basically, we’re, I think we’re going to [inaudible],” Schumer continued.

“The state where we are seeing, the state we are going downhill is Georgia.
