Brian Kemp Orders Special Election after Representative Arrested for Stealing Narcotics in Georgia
Georgia’s Republican Gov. Brian Kemp has signed an order over the holiday weekend to set up the special election at the end of the month for Daniel Rampey’s state House seat.
