The House of Representatives just voted to formally censure Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) for lying to the American people.
Schiff has repeatedly lied to the public about having evidence that President Donald Trump colluded with Russia.
After his lies were finally exposed on the record in the Durham Report, Republicans moved to discipline Schiff.
Schiff is required to appear in the well of the House chamber after the censure vote.
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) will then deliver a formal rebuke to Schiff.

Censure is the second-highest form of discipline in the House, just below expulsion.
GOP Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) introduced the resolution to censure Schiff “for misleading the American public and for conduct unbecoming of an elected Member of the House of Representatives.”
The resolution will also direct the Ethics Committee to conduct an investigation of the California Democrat.
A confidant Luna said earlier: “I have called up my censure motion and will be bringing the vote to hold Adam Schiff accountable to the floor Wednesday.
“I have spoken to many of my colleagues.
“A majority of the 20 will be changing their vote to support the motion, as well as other Members who were not in town for the initial vote have let me/my office know they will be voting with us.
“We have secured the number of votes needed to censure Adam Schiff and refer him to Ethics.
“It is well within my right as a Congresswoman to file a privileged motion and hold Adam Schiff accountable for abusing and exploiting his official position and bringing dishonor to the House of Representatives.
“I am fully aware of the constitutionality of it all and that is what this is about.
“I look forward to restoring honor to the House of Representatives this Wednesday and appreciate the Members who have come forward to support this historical censure in an effort to bring accountability and trust back to this very sacred institution,” she said.
NEW: House passes @RepLuna‘s motion to censure Adam Schiff by a vote of 213-209.
Last week, 20 Republicans joined with Democrats to block the censure, which came with a $16m fine. This time, not a single Republican voted against it. Six voted present.

Last week’s bill to censure Schiff failed after 20 GOP representatives objected to the massive $19M fine that was attached to it.
The GOP stripped that provision and this time zero Republicans voted against it.
Adam Schiff said today on the House floor: “To my Republican colleagues who introduced this resolution, I thank you. You flatter me with this falsehood. You honor me with your enmity. Your words tell me that I have been effective in the defense of our democracy, and I am grateful.
“You who are the authors of the big lie about the last election must condemn the truth tellers and I stand proudly before you.
“No matter how many false justifications or slanders you level against me, you but indict yourselves.
“As Liz Cheney said, there will come a day when Donald Trump is gone. But your dishonor will remain.
“Here is the real gravamen of my offense.
“I led the first impeachment of Donald Trump for one of the most egregious presidential abuses of power in our history…
“And I would do so again.”
