Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) slammed CNN after President Donald Trump scored a huge win during the network’s town hall last night.
Trump is not like any politician we have in this country and he easily got the crowd on his side while he steamrolled hyperpartisan CNN host Kaitlan Collins.
Viewers from all sides agreed that Trump dominated the entire town hall.
The Democrats and their allies in the corporate media were fantasizing that CNN’s Collins would turn the tables on Trump but she was clearly way out of her depth.
After the event didn’t go their way, AOC and the rest turned their fury to CNN.
In a statement loaded with false claims, AOC said: “CNN should be ashamed of themselves (sic).
“They have lost total control of this ‘town hall’ to again be manipulated into platforming election disinformation, defenses of Jan 6th, and a public attack on a sexual abuse victim.
“The audience is cheering him on and laughing at the host.
“This falls squarely on CNN.
“Everyone here saw exactly what was going to happen.
“Instead they put a sexual abuse victim in harm’s way for views.
“This was a choice to platform lies about the election and Jan 6th with no plan but to have their moderator interrupted without consequence.
“What we also saw tonight was the consequence of doing that.
“They sacrifice their anonymity, they sacrifice their safety, and they sacrifice all of this because we continue to live in a society where an overwhelming amount of structures allow this abuse to happen and find it permissible.
“I think it was a profoundly irresponsible decision.
“I don’t think that I would be doing my job if I did not say that.”

Trump proved to the CNN crowd that he is a born leader and run rings around Collins throughout the entire town hall, as Slay News reported earlier.
When Collins pushed false claims and then refused to let Trump answer, he dropped the hammer by calling her a “nasty person.”
The comment from Trump delighted the crowd.
Ironically, the audience was hand-picked by CNN.
