Democrat President Joe Biden appeared visibly confused as he forgot Barack Obama’s name during a speech.
Biden looked lost a vacant while he was visiting a train maintenance shop in Delaware.
After Biden’s gaffe-filled speech, he also got lost while trying to find his way off the stage.
The president set the tone for his speech by repeating his false story about Amtrak drivers.
He told that fake story twice in one day during his visit.
Biden claims that an Amtrak conductor named Angelo Negri once congratulated him on the miles he traveled on the train.
However, the story has already been debunked.
It never happened because the man in the story died before the conversation could have conceivably occurred.
Nevertheless, Biden keeps retelling the story.

Later in his speech, Biden forgot Obama’s name.
“One of the things I convinced President— *confused pause* when I was vice president, I convinced the president to do…” Biden said.

Elsewhere during his speech, Biden repeated one of his other favorite statements.
The president told members of the crowd not to commit suicide by jumping to their deaths if he said something they “don’t like.”
“Don’t jump,” Biden said.
