Democrat President Joe Biden was briefly interrupted by a “climate change” protester in Arizona on Thursday.
After the heckler brought Biden’s speech to a halt, the president told the protester to “meet” him “immediately after” his speech to discuss “climate change.”
Biden then told the heckler, who identified himself as Kai Newkirk, to “shush up.”
Newkirk was calling out to Biden to demand that he declare a national emergency on the alleged “climate crisis.”
Such a move would unlock sweeping new federal regulations and funds to combat the so-called “climate emergency.”
“Why have you yet to declare a climate emergency?” the Newkirk yelled.
The heckling interrupted Biden’s remarks about “protecting democracy” and honoring the late Sen. John McCain at Tempe Center for the Arts in Tempe.
“Hundreds of Arizonans have died,” Newkirk shouted.
“We need you to use your full powers to confront this crisis
“And keep your promise. Keep your promise.
“No new drilling on [federal lands].
“Why have you yet to declare a climate emergency?”
While some in the crowd shushed and booed the interrupting Newkirk, Biden responded to him.
After bowing his head in frustration, Biden said he wanted to meet up with him “immediately after this” if he “shush up.”
“If you shush up, I’ll meet with you immediately after this,” Biden said to resounding applause from the crowd.
Newkirk, the founder and President of For All, issued a statement after his interaction with the president.
He said that he would “gladly have accepted and still do if the offer stands.”
“I couldn’t hear President Biden’s offer to meet as folks yelled at me, but I would gladly have accepted and still do if the offer stands,” Newkirk said.
“I ask him to honor his offer to meet with me and with climate scientists and frontline leaders calling on him to use his full powers to confront what he himself calls an existential threat.”
In a press release, Newkirk said he will continue to organize “nonviolent direction action” until Biden declares a climate emergency and phases out fossil fuels.
“Love and truth leave us no moral choice but to continue organizing nonviolent direct action until President Biden uses his full powers to solve this existential crisis, starting with declaring a climate emergency and keeping his promises on phasing out fossil fuels,” added Newkirk.
Biden continued his remarks following the brief interruption, saying, “Democracy is never easy, as we just demonstrated.”

Rather conveniently, however, is that Biden has reportedly been planning to declare an unpopular climate emergency.
As Slay News recently reported, a public policy think tank is warning that Biden is “close” to signing an executive order to declare a “climate emergency.”
The move would grant the Democrat president sweeping new powers to enforce lockdowns and other tyrannical measures in order to “save the planet” from “global warming,”
According to the Heartland Institute, “the signs are there” that Biden will declare a “climate emergency” that would see “gas rationing, restrictions on electricity use, and limits on air travel.”
The move would also place limits on meat and dairy consumption in order to meet the “Net Zero” goals of the globalist green agenda.
The Heartland Institute says insiders have revealed that the Biden administration has been working with the United Nations (UN) to prepare for the authoritarian restrictions.
As Slay News reported in early August, Biden revealed during an interview with the Weather Channel that the federal government is “preparing the military” to “deal with the climate stuff.”
The president then falsely claimed he had already declared a “climate emergency” as he casually brushed a bug off of the reporter’s chest.

Meanwhile, a video recently emerged of World Economic Forum (WEF) founder Klaus Schwab’s daughter gloating that “climate lockdowns” are coming, as Slay News reported.
Nicole Schwab said during a WEF panel discussion that tyrannical restrictions during the Covid pandemic served as a precursor to coming “climate lockdowns.”
According to Nicole Schwab, Covid was a “tremendous opportunity” to test how the public would comply with authoritarian measures that could be used to usher in the WEF’s “Great Reset” agenda.
The WEF’s promotion of the “climate crisis” narrative seeks to “create a change that is not incremental…to position nature at the core of the economy,” according to the younger Schwab.
