Democrat President Joe Biden’s token transgender Health and Human Services (HHS) official “Rachel” Levine has issued a public statement claiming that so-called “climate change” is racist against black Americans.
Admiral Livine, real name Richard, made the bizarre claims in a video message shared on social media about “environmental justice.”
In the video, Levine argues that the Marxist ideology of “equity” is necessary to stop “climate change” supposedly targeting black communities.
“Climate change is having a disproportionate effect on the physical and mental health of black communities,” he claims in the video.
However, the idea of so-called “global warming” is that it would affect everyone on Earth.
If the narrative were true, it wouldn’t impact some countries and not others.
It certainly wouldn’t impact specific communities, especially singling out those with majorities of racial minorities.
The argument is reminiscent of the pandemic when Democrats and the corporate media insisted that Covid wouldn’t infect large crowds protesting for Black Lives Matter but pro-Trump rallies and Christian church gatherings would be too dangerous.
Levine claims that “black Americans report feeling anxious about climate change’s impact.”
He also claims that “black Americans are more likely than white Americans” to be impacted by “climate change.”
However, he didn’t provide any evidence for these claims.
Nevertheless, after excessively repeating the phrase “climate change,” Levine offered up his solution to tackling the alleged issue.
According to Levine, far-left Marxist ideology is the answer.
Levine, who was named the Babylon Bee’s “Man Of The Year” in 2022, announced:
“Through our Office of Climate Change and Health Equity and the Office of Environmental Justice, we’re working with providers and community leaders to identify innovative approaches that empower communities to address the health consequences linked to climate change.”

However, the message led to outrage as X users learned that taxpayers are paying for “offices” to promote Levine’s radical agenda.
Many have taken to X to blast the “woke trifecta” being pushed by the Biden administration.
Others expressed disbelief that this “issue” is a priority for the federal government.
