Biden ‘Will Be Debating Trump’ at Least Once, Handler Confirms

One of Democrat President Joe Biden’s handlers has just committed to at least one presidential debate ahead of the critical November election.

While Biden has claimed he is willing to debate President Donald Trump, the Democrat’s campaign and White House handlers have failed to commit.

However, one of the people actually calling the shots on his campaign, spokeswoman Adrienne Elrod, just confirmed that Biden “will be debating Donald Trump.”

As Slay News reported, Biden announced in April on the Howard Stern Show that he would debate Trump.

“I am, somewhere,” he said when asked if he would debate.

“I am happy to debate him.”

Trump immediately called on Biden to make good on his promise.

The 45th president suggested the event take place on live television at the Manhattan courthouse that Friday night.

However, it appeared that the puppeteers had not green-lit Biden’s pledge, and his team failed to respond.

Biden’s former Chief of Staff Ron Klain followed up by stating that a debate could only take place if “rules” were put in place to “control” Trump.

The apparent shying away from debating Trump has led to speculation that Biden’s handlers fear that the 81-year-old president’s struggles will be exposed.

“Of course, he is not being truthful,” Outnumbered co-host Emily Compagno said of Biden’s debate pledge.

“I didn’t take it as any iota of actually meaning it.

“He [Biden] just says whatever comes out of his mouth.

“He agrees with whoever is speaking around him.”

“President Biden has made it very clear that he will be debating Donald Trump,” Elrod confirmed Wednesday.

The Commission on Presidential Debates previously announced potential dates, venues, and requirements for the confrontation:

First presidential debate: Monday, September 16, 2024, at Texas State University, San Marcos, TX.

Second presidential debate: Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at Virginia State University, Petersburg, VA.

Third presidential debate: Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at The University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT.

The Trump campaign, meanwhile, demanded the Commission to schedule events early and often, citing the need to preempt early voting.

In a letter to the Commission, Trump co-campaign managers Susie Wiles and Chris LaCivita wrote:

“While the Commission on Presidential Debates has already announced three presidential debates and a vice-presidential debate to occur later this year, we are in favor of these debates beginning much earlier.”

Nearly three-fourths of voters believe if Biden skips the presidential debates, it will show “weakness,” a Fox News poll recently found.

Additionally, multiple polls have shown that voters view Biden’s age and mental fitness as an issue.

About one-third of Democrats doubt Biden’s mental fitness, a Harvard/Harris survey recently found.

Another poll revealed that 82 percent of Americans harbor concerns about Biden’s physical and mental health.

Quinnipiac also found that only about one-third of voters say Biden is physically or mentally fit to serve a second term.
