Biden family whistleblower Tony Bobulinski has filed a defamation lawsuit against Democrat Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY).
Bobulinski is Hunter Biden’s former partner who has come forward to lift the lid on the inner workings of the family’s shady foreign influence peddling business.
Among several whistleblowing allegations, Bobulinski confirmed that “The Big Guy” was a codename used for Democrat President Joe Biden during business discussions.
In Hunter’s infamously “Laptop from Hell,” emails show discussions, which included Bobulinski, about allocating a ten percent cut from a deal for a mysterious business partner they called “The Big Guy.”
Bobulinski has since testified that “The Big Guy” was Joe Biden.
During an explosive hearing last month, Bobulinski testified under oath about the allegations against the Bidens and accused the president of wrongdoing.
After the hearing, Goldman published a post on X accusing Bobulinski of making “false allegations.”
Goldman claimed Bobulinski was working with a Trump-affiliated lawyer to hurt President Biden and his family.

Bobulinski sent a letter to Goldman demanding that he remove the post and issue a retraction within five days or be hit with a lawsuit.
Weeks later, the post is still up.
“Your statement, as though it were a matter of fact, that Mr. Bobulinski has lied to federal investigators and Congress, is defamatory per se and will not be tolerated,” Bobulinksi’s legal representation wrote in the earlier letter.
Bobulinski’s lawsuit states:
“Defendant, Daniel Goldman, has repeatedly lied about Plaintiff, Anthony Bobulinski, saying that Mr. Bobulinski has used a Trump campaign-paid lawyer to lie since October 2020, spreads Russian disinformation, and is a Trump campaign plant.
“Defendant lied solely to serve his political agenda by deliberately besmirching the character of Mr. Bobulinski and to protect Joseph Biden.
“Defendant’s assertions are unequivocally false and defamatory.
“Mr. Bobulinski demanded a complete retraction and deletion of his posts made on X (formerly Twitter) on March 26, 2024, which Defendant wholly ignored.
“Accordingly, Mr. Bobulinski seeks to hold Defendant accountable for his malicious and knowing lies.”
During that Congressional hearing, Democrats threatened to subpoena Bobulinski for the Blackberry he communicated with Hunter Biden on.
Democrats suggested that perhaps the texts Bobulinski had provided to the committee did not tell the full story of their partnership.
Bobulinski fired back at both Goldman and Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) during the hearing.
He called both of the congressmen liars, to their faces.
“Rep. Dan Goldman and Jamie Raskin, both lawyers, and Mr. Goldman, a former prosecutor with the SDNY from New York, will continue to lie today in this hearing and then go straight to the media to tell more lies,” Bobulinski said.

Elsewhere during his testimony, Bobulinski criticized the president’s son for “running away” from the American people after he declined to appear for the congressional hearing.
Bobulinski has also previously testified that President Biden “enabled” Hunter Biden to sell access to America’s “most dangerous adversaries,” including China and Russia.
In his statement, Hunter Biden’s former business partner called for “truth and transparency” to prevail, saying:
“Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, along with countless members of Congress, keep claiming that they are ‘fighting for our Democracy.’
“Why don’t we as a nation agree to fight for the truth?
“Nearly three-quarters of the American people believe the country is headed in the wrong direction, and I can’t blame them.
“Truth and transparency would help expose the rot at the center of our political system and begin to fix what ails us.”
President Biden has continued to ask Congress to close the impeachment investigation and denied allegations of any wrongdoing.
