‘Furious’ Ohio Mayor Puts Biden on Notice: ‘Biggest Slap in the Face’

Trent Conaway, the mayor of East Palestine, Ohio, has put Joe Biden on notice over the Democrat president’s lack of interest in the small town’s toxic train derailment disaster.

Conway accused Biden of neglecting his domestic responsibilities while visiting Ukraine on Monday.

The mayor also blasted the president for “giving away millions of dollars” to fund the foreign nation’s war effort.

Conway said: “That was the biggest slap in the face.

“That tells you right now he doesn’t care about us.

“He can send every agency he wants to, but I found out this morning that he was in Ukraine giving millions of dollars away to people over there and not to us…on President’s Day in our country.

“So I’m furious.”

“What East Palestine needs is much more expansive than what FEMA can provide,” a Biden administration official said.

“FEMA is on the frontlines when there is a hurricane or tornado.

“This situation is different.”
