Brett Favre Issues Warning, Calls on Conservatives to ‘Start Speaking Up and Uniting’

NFL Hall of Famer Brett Favre has issued a call to action for conservatives while warning that things are “going to be even worse” unless the American people start pushing back.

Favre sat down with Donald Trump Jr. for a wide-ranging interview.

During the conversation, Favre made clear that conservatives need to start “uniting” and “speaking up” before too late.

He said:

“I can’t believe we’re even having the conversation about guys being able to go in the girl’s bathroom.

“I know there’s way more to it than that, but I got daughters.

“I think the days of, ‘I wake up, I do what I’m supposed to do. Do the right thing. I go to work. I pay my taxes, and I expect everyone does the same thing and we just live in harmony.’

“Those days are over,” he said.

“So, if we don’t start speaking up and uniting, it’s going to be even worse than it is now.”

He also said he rarely watches the news because “99.9% of news is controlled by the Left.”

Favre said earlier the USA was in a “better place” when Trump was president,

“I think our country was in better shape with him.

“I think Donald was a non-political president, and I liked that about him. Was he perfect?

“Absolutely not.

“Am I perfect? Absolutely not.

“I’m flawed just like the rest of ’em.

“We’re all flawed.

“But I really felt like he had our country in a better place and really cared about our people in our country.

“Black, white, Hispanic, Asian — you name it.

“I think if you were an American citizen, he cared about you, first and foremost.

“I don’t know if our current president has the same mentality.”
