Candace Owens Nukes ‘Shameless’ AOC for ‘Standing on Bodies of Dead Children to Score Political Points’

Candace Owens has blasted “shameless” Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) for using the Texas school tragedy to “score political points.”

Owens fired back at AOC, accusing the New York congresswoman of being a “bought-and-paid-for politician.”

AOC was weighing in on the tragedy at a school in Texas where an 18-year-old murdered at least 19 children and two adults.

Like many of the Left, AOC was quick to spin the tragedy to promote her own policies while shifting blame onto her opponents.

In a statement on Twitter, AOC alleged that pro-lifers and Republicans are responsible for school shootings.

“There is no such thing as being ‘pro-life’ while supporting laws that let children be shot in their schools, elders in grocery stores, worshippers in their houses of faith, survivors by abusers, or anyone in a crowded place.

“It is an idolatry of violence. And it must end.”

Owens fired back: “Name the law you are referring to.

“What United States law, specifically, ‘lets children be shot in their schools.’

“You won’t name it because it doesn’t exist.”

She added: “You are shameless, bought and paid-for politician standing on the bodies of dead children to score political points.”

AOC was not the only Democrat politician using the tragedy to promote their own agenda, however.

Beto O’Rourke provoked a furious backlash after staging a publicity stunt for his Texas gubernatorial campaign during a press conference regarding the incident.

O’Rourke interrupted the presser as Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R)  and other officials updated the public on the tragic school shooting.

“Beto O’Rourke just disrupted Greg Abbott’s press conference on the school shooting in Texas,” Greg Price reported.

“A sheriff calls him a ‘sick son of a b*tch.'”

Ted Cruz can be heard telling Beto to “Sit down and don’t play this stuff.”

Another person on stage said Beto was an “embarrassment.”

Another man shouted, “Sir you are out of line, please leave this auditorium.”

“I can’t believe you are a sick son of a b*tch who would come make a political issue out of this.”

Beto yelled at Abbott: “The time to stop the next shooting is now, and you are doing nothing.”

Beto was quickly shouted down and removed by state police.
