Charles Payne Warns Thieves Targeting His Home He’ll ‘Try to Kill Them to Protect My Family’

Fox’s Charles Payne has issued a warning to thieves caught targeting his home that he will “try to kill them to protect my family.”

During an appearance on “Fox & Friends,” Payne showed a security camera video from his home that captured a thief trying to break into his house and his car in the night.

The footage shows a man lurking outside his home trying to open his front door as well as the doors of his car.

“Last night this happened,” Payne said.

“Americans are not safe in the streets and lawmakers want us defenseless in our homes.

“If one of these mothetf**kers ever breaks into my house, I’m going to try to kill them to protect my family.

“We have emboldened criminals, time to embolden citizens.”

In an interview with Ainsley Earhardt, Payne said it could have been worse if his door had not been locked.

“We live in a society that’s seducing people to commit crimes,” he said.

“These lawmakers need to wake up because this is the ultimate violation.

“Touching my doorknob and attempting perhaps to come inside my house is the ultimate violation.

“I got to defend myself, and I don’t give a damn what I use to defend myself.

“Some people were tweeting, ‘you don’t need an AR-15.’

“I’ll use whatever the hell I need to protect my family.

“I’ll use a mallet, a hammer, a machine gun, anything I need to use, I should be allowed to use as an American.

“Once someone violates me and my family. Period.

“Everything’s off.

“Everything is off.

“You go back to the Roman Empire, even Caesar wouldn’t go into someone’s home,” he said.

“It’s always been a sanctuary that shouldn’t be violated.”
