Uncancelable comedian Dave Chappelle was attacked on stage by an audience member during a packed-out show at the Hollywood Bowl on Tuesday night.
However, it was fellow comedian Chris Rock who stole the show.
The comic was performing as part of the “Netflix Is A Joke” festival when he was attacked.
Video footage shows the man, who was armed with a replica gun and may have had a knife, running onto the stage and tackling Chappelle to the ground in the middle of his performance, leaving the audience stunned.
Chaos ensues as security chases the man down.
Chappelle had some of his friends backstage, many of whom are comic legends, and they came out during the chaos.
Rock gave Chappelle a big hug, grabbed the microphone, and said:
“Was that Will Smith.”
The crowd roared.

Chappelle joked that it was a trans man because the Left tried to cancel him over comments he made about transgender people.
Chappelle added later:
“I don’t know if that was part of the show.
“I grabbed the back of that n–s head, his hair was spongy, absorbent.”
Reporter Brianna Sacks was there and said:
“The show was just ending when the man hopped onto stage and ran at Chapelle, form tackling him to the ground.
“The comedian had literally just said he now has more security because of all the uproar from his jokes about the trans community.”
“Just came out of the Hollywood Bowl where a man charged and tackled Dave Chapelle on stage and got his ass kicked by at least 10 people.
“LAPD and LAFD are now loading him into an ambulance.”
