Clarence Thomas Overrules Democrats, Returns to Supreme Court despite Controversy

Justice Clarence Thomas has made a return to the Supreme Court bench amid calls from radical Democrats for him “to be impeached.”

Thomas was back a few days after he was released from the hospital following treatment for an infection.

Thomas participated in oral arguments remotely but the calls persist from the Left for him to resign, be impeached, or recuse himself in cases before the court.

Chief Justice John Roberts announced Thomas was back before the start of arguments today.

Thomas, 73, was admitted to Sibley Memorial Hospital on March 18 over “flu-like symptoms.”

Democrats have been calling for Justice Thomas to face repercussions after it emerged that his wife, Ginni Thomas, sent text messages of support to President Donald Trump’s former chief of staff during calls to overturn the election results.

Yesterday Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) said: “You have the wife of a sitting Supreme Court justice advocating for an insurrection, advocating for overturning a legal election to the sitting president’s chief of staff and she also knows this election, these cases, are going to come before her husband.

“This is a textbook case for removing him, recusing him from these decisions.”

Radical Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) called for Thomas “to be impeached,” despite the SCOTUS justice not having committed an impeachable offense.

Omar said in response to the story about Thomas’s wife texting with Meadows:

“Clarence Thomas needs to be impeached.”

Stephen L. Miller reminded Omar of what she was truly saying:

“If we start removing government officials because of the ethically questionable behavior of their spouses, oh brother have I got some news you’re not going to like.”

And another Twitter user joked: “Get your wife in line, seethed the feminists.”

MSNBC host Joe Scarborough claimed that “justice will not be served when it comes to Donald Trump” before complaining that Merrick Garland won’t indict Ginni Thomas, Trump, and many others.

Scarborough said: “If you are reading this story and thinking justice will be served against these people that tried to overthrow the democracy, and we found out the Justice Department is not interested in doing that.

“We found out Merrick Garland is not interested in serving up justice because somebody somewhere might think, ‘Oh, my god, there’s a political angle to this.’

“Are you kidding me?

“This after that guy on the screen right now spent four years trying to break down the wall between the White House and the Justice Department, the White House and the FBI, the White House and the intel services, and now we have an attorney general that won’t even bring charges when crimes are committed?

“Let that sink in for a second, guys, gals.

“The bad guys always get away from the Trump administration, and they will here as well, and it’s just, unfortunately, the whole American belief that no man is above the law, that doesn’t apply to Donald Trump.

“We don’t know why, it just doesn’t.

“Again, this story in and of itself, these texts, they indict all of them as un-American, unpatriotic seditioners, end of story.”
