Costco Deals Blow to Bud Light, Gives Brand ‘Star of Death’

Anheuser-Busch just got the worst kind of bad news from Costco as Bud Light has been given the “star of death” by the retail giant.

If you’re not aware of how Costco works, their star of death appears when an item will not be restocked once it sells through.

The star is an asterisk in the upper right-hand corner of the price tag and tells customers this is the last chance to buy the item.

Marie Clark, editor of the shopping site CostContessa, explained the significance of the death star: “On Costco price tags if you see an asterisk in the upper right-hand corner, this indicates an item won’t be restocked.”

Some social media users said the death star could mean that Costco is just dumping the 16 oz cans of Bud Light, not the entire brand.

Either way, the brand will take a big hit.

After destroying the brand, Dylan Mulvaney fled America and went to Peru where the transgender influencer claims he “feels safe.”

Speaking from the ruins of Machu Picchu, Mulvaney said: “Surprise. I’m in Peru and I’m at Macho Picchu.

“Isn’t this so beautiful?

“I’m here by myself. I’m telling you, it’s the best.

“If you could ever do a solo trip somewhere, it is such a good way to get to know yourself better.

“I came here to feel something. And I definitely have.
