DeSantis Drops ‘Top Gov’ Ad, Vows to ‘Dogfight’ Corporate Media with ‘Overwhelming Force’

Florida’s Republican Governor Ron DeSantis has just dropped an epic “Top Gov” campaign ad where he vows to “dogfight” America’s “corporate media” with “overwhelming force.”

Gov. DeSantis released the new ad on Monday evening that mirrors Tom Cruise’s smash hit pro-America movie “Top Gun: Maverick.”

The ad was first posted online by Florida’s First Lady Casey DeSantis.

It features DeSantis taking on the corporate media and shredding reporters while serving as the state’s governor.

“Good morning ladies and gentlemen, this is your Governor speaking,” begins DeSantis, who is dressed as a U.S. Air Force pilot.

“Today’s training evolution: dogfighting.

“Taking on the corporate media.”

“The rules of engagement are as follows: Number one, don’t fire unless fired upon, but when they fire, you fire back with overwhelming force,” DeSantis continues in the ad.

The ad then cuts to clips of DeSantis fighting back against shady media hacks during press conferences.

“Does it say that in the bill?” DeSantis fires back at one reporter during a real exchange.

“I’m asking you to tell me what’s in the bill.”

“Number two, never ever back down from a fight,” DeSantis continues in the ad.

The ad then cuts to a reporter trying to interrupt DeSantis during a presser, saying: “If I could just complete the question though –.”

“So are you going to give a speech or ask the question?” DeSantis fires back.

DeSantis then resumes in the ad, saying, “Number three, don’t accept their narrative.”

“Wrong. It’s a fake narrative,” DeSantis says as he drops the hammer on another reporter.

“I just disabused you of the narrative and you don’t care about the facts.”

DeSantis then humiliates another reporter: “It’s why people don’t trust people like you because you peddle false narratives.”

The ad ends with DeSantis in the cockpit of a fighter jet with his son in his lap, who says, “Let’s turn and burn!”
