Elon Musk Calls Out Media for Refusing to ‘Report about Millions of People Crossing the Border’

Elon Musk has fired back at the media for the lack of reporting on the border crisis as “millions of people” pour into the United States illegally.

Fox News reporter Bill Melugin has been one of the only members of the mainstream media to cover the ongoing crisis at the southern border.

Melugin’s coverage has been fair and impartial and has exposed what is really going on.

While posting shocking videos of the situation, Melugin said: “A huge migrant caravan of over 1,000 people crossed illegally into El Paso, TX last night, making it the largest single group we have ever seen.

“The city of El Paso reports Border Patrol now has over 5,000 in custody & has released hundreds to city streets.

“Our @FoxNews thermal drone over part of another group of several hundred migrants that crossed illegally into Eagle Pass, TX early this morning.

“The consistency here has been almost nonstop going back to the spring. Large groups almost every day, sometimes multiple per day.”

In a separate post, Melugin shared a video showing inside a massively overcrowded migrant center at the border.

“Video provided to @FoxNews by TX Congressman @RepTonyGonzales shows extreme overcrowding at the Border Patrol Central Processing Center in El Paso, TX,” Melugin said.

“Congressman Gonzales says he took the video on Friday, when 4,600 migrants were in federal custody. Capacity is only 1,040.”

Elon Musk responded to Melugin’s post by calling out the media for failing to report on the crisis.

“Why do so few report about millions of people crossing the border?”

NewsNation reporter Ali Bradley said:

“AZ: NEW: Border Patrol sources tell me 7,600+ migrants were encountered in the Yuma sector last week—That’s up from 6,400+ the week prior.

“Sources say there are nearly 3,000 in Border Patrol custody right now in a facility that holds 1,200.

“This is with #Title42 in place.”

El Paso Mayor Oscar Leeser declared a state of emergency saying:

“We have hundreds and hundreds of migrants on the streets and that’s not the way we want to treat people.

“I really believe that, today, our asylum seekers are not safe.”
