Tesla CEO Elon Musk has fired back at Bill Gates after a report emerged revealing that the Microsoft co-founder has been funding the groups sabotaging his bid to buy Twitter.
As Slay News first reported, Gates’s foundation is bankrolling far-left groups that are attacking Musk and pressuring advertisers to boycott Twitter.
On Tuesday, Musk took to Twitter to urge Americans to have more babies saying the birthrate was falling.
“Population collapse is the biggest threat to civilization Contrary to what many think, the richer someone is, the fewer kids they have,” he tweeted.
“I am a rare exception.
“Most people I know have zero or one kid.”
A Twitter user replied by posting an article showing Gates’ foundation funded 11 of the 26 organizations that signed an open letter last month urging Twitter advertisers to boycott the platform.
Musk fired back, saying: “What a d*ck move!”

The report claims that The New Venture Fund, which Gates backs, funds four of the signatories: The Center for Media Justice, The Media Democracy Fund, The National Hispanic Media Coalition (via the Media Democracy Fund), and Accountable Tech.
The Tides Foundation, another recipient of Gates Foundation money funds five of the signatories according to the report:
- Free Press
- Indivisible
- NARAL Pro-Choice America
- Media Matters
- Black Lives Matter Global Network
Two other signatories are tied to Gates Foundation money:
- Empowering Pacific Islanders Community (funded by Gates-backed Community Partners)
- Reproaction (a project of Gates-backed NEO Philanthropy)
Last month, the Musk-Gates feud spilled into public view when someone leaked a screenshot of a text message exchange between the two billionaires.
A Twitter user asked Musk:
“So apparently Bill Gates hit up @elonmusk to discuss ‘philanthropy on climate change’ but Elon asked if he still had a half billion dollar short position on $TSLA. Bill said he hasn’t closed it out, so Elon told him to get lost.
“No idea if this is true lol.”
Musk responded:
“Yeah, but I didn’t leak it to NYT.
“They must have got it through friends of friends.
“I heard from multiple people at TED that Gates still had half billion short against Tesla, which is why I asked him, so it’s not exactly top secret.”
