Tesla CEO and new Twitter owner Elon Musk and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y. went back and forth on Musk’s social media platform last night.
Musk at one point told AOC to stop hitting on me.
Ocasio-Cortez vented on Twitter: “Tired of having to collectively stress about what explosion of hate crimes is happening bc some billionaire with an ego problem unilaterally controls a massive communication platform and skews it because Tucker Carlson or Peter Thiel took him to dinner and made him feel special.”
AOC and the left have gone after Musk and other technology titans because they cannot control them and make them bend the knee. They don’t like losing control of the narrative but they know they can’t rely on help from the corporate media because it is undergoing a crisis of credibility.
Musk responded with: “Stop hitting on me, I’m really shy.”

AOC fired back with:
“I was talking about Zuckerberg but ok.”
She added later:
“Like I said, ego problems.”
Musk is having fun with his new business and has been hammering the left, and the right, in exchanges with regular people on the platform.
Tom Fitton said: “Ministry of Truth” is trending because Biden admin appointed a radical leftist to run a censorship board in the Department of Homeland Security a few days [email protected] purchase of @Twitter announced.” Musk responded, “This is messed up.”
A Twitter user said: “Can you blame @elonmusk for turning away from a Democratic Party that has made him out to be the embodiment of pure evil? Would you have the strength to support a political party that made hating you specifically one of their core tenants?”
“When you fire shots at Elon, he fires back. Democratic leaders have no idea how much long term damage they did to the party picking a fight with him.”
Musk responded:
“I try not to pick fights, but I do finish them.”
He doubled down later with:
“The far left hates everyone, themselves included.”
