Elon Musk Overrules Biden, Offers 4-Point Peace Deal for Russia and Ukraine

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has overruled Democrat President Joe Biden to offer up a four-point peace deal between Russia and Ukraine.

Musk has been helping Florida’s Republican Governor Ron DeSantis deal with the devastating effects of Hurricane Ian.

Musk moved quickly to help DeSantis by restoring internet connection to the hardest hit areas using his SpaceX Starlink satellite network.

“They’re positioning the Starlink satellites to provide good coverage to Southwest Florida and other affected areas,” DeSantis said at a press conference in Fort Myers Saturday afternoon.

“They’ve donated all the costs associated with the coverage,” DeSantis said of the 120 Starlink units before personally thanking Musk for his help.

“That will help bridge some of the connectivity issues.”

Musk also went above and beyond the call of duty to get Starlink up and running in Ukraine after Putin’s invasion.

According to Politico, Ukraine would be lost without Starlink:

Every time Oleksiy and his fellow artillerymen hit a Russian target, they have one person to thank: Elon Musk, the world’s richest man.

Embedded in a frontline hot zone just south of the strategic town of Izyum in Ukraine’s war-ravaged east, Oleksiy — who declined to give his last name for security reasons — is now a power-user of Starlink, a satellite communication system owned by Musk’s SpaceX.

When planning a counterattack or artillery barrage, he dials up his superiors for last-minute orders via a rectangular white-and-gray Starlink satellite receiver concealed in a shallow pit in the garden of an abandoned cottage.

The high-tech equipment is wired to a noisy generator that runs half of the day.

Now Musk has offered up a proposal for Russia and Ukraine to end the war.

“This is highly likely to be the outcome in the end – just a question of how many die before then,” Musk said on Twitter.

“Also worth noting that a possible, albeit unlikely, outcome from this conflict is nuclear war,” he added.

He then listed four points that he said could bring “Ukraine-Russia Peace” which were:

  • Redo elections of annexed regions under UN supervision. Russia leaves if that is will of the people.
  • Crimea formally part of Russia, as it has been since 1783 (until Khrushchev’s mistake).
  • Water supply to Crimea assured.
  • Ukraine remains neutral.
