“Fact-checkers” have debunked a social media campaign that sought to dispute claims that Democrat former President Bill Clinton had visited deceased child trafficker Jeffrey Epstein’s notorious “Pedophile Island.”
It may come as a surprise to regular Slay News readers that a “fact-checker” landed on the right side of history for once.
However, this fact check was conducted by the Community Notes system on Elon Musk’s Twitter/X.
As Slay News reported over the weekend, activist Alex Rosen disrupted a Hillary Clinton rally to ask the twice-failed Democrat presidential candidate about her husband’s trips to Epstein’s island.
During the Friday event, Rosen yelled out questions to Hillary about her husband Bill Clinton’s relationship with Epstein before he was literally dragged out by security staff.
“Hey Hillary,” Rosen shouted, causing the audience to turn toward him.
“Why has your husband been to Epstein Island 26 times?”

The video of the heckling quickly went viral on social media, triggering a misinformation campaign that sought to smear Rosen while claiming his statements were false.
One widely shared X post falsely claimed that Rosen, who is Jewish, is an “anti-Semitic Trump supporter.”
The same post also claimed that Rosen’s statements about Bill Clinton were not true.
However, Community Notes swiftly debunked the narrative.

In a “Community Notes” update to a post regarding Hillary’s heckling, the X team of researchers corrected the user who erroneously claimed that Rosen “falsely accused Bill Clinton of visiting Epstein’s island.”
“Bill Clinton was a guest at Epstein’s private Caribbean island, according to courtroom testimony from one of Epstein’s victims,” reads a message by the X Community Notes team added to the false tweet.
The Community Notes tag continued: “Bill Clinton’s former top adviser Doug Band admitted Bill Clinton did visit Jeffrey Epstein’s island.”
The additions were supported by links to articles validating Community Notes’ claims.
The references cite both the New York Post and the New Zealand Herald.

As Slay News has previously reported, it is documented that Epstein had a close relationship with Bill Clinton.
Flight logs filed with the Federal Aviation Administration show Clinton flew on Epstein’s private jet, dubbed the “Lolita Express,” at least 26 times.
Several of Epstein’s underage victims have cited the jet as one of the locations, along with the island, where much of the abuse took place.
After he yelled out at Hillary Clinton, Rosen was immediately removed by security guards as the crowd erupted in anger.

“Hillary is mad because I catch people like her husband. ☺️,” Rosen noted on X.
“We have busted over 20 pedophiles this month nationwide,” he wrote, asking for support on his Locals page.
